The pads are generously sized and thick. The product is gentle, causing no irritation to the skin. The essence feels refreshing with no sticky residue. They tear in half easily, making them great for use as a face mask.

As someone with sensitive skin, this product is truly gentle on my face. The pads themselves cause no irritation, and the serum isn't sticky at all. I've tried all the famous brands of these types of pads from Olive Young, but Believe You's are the best by far. After cleansing and using these, any ampoule I apply afterwards absorbs really well.

These pads are so thick, it's like getting two or three in one! They're absolutely soaked in essence, making them too precious to use just as an exfoliating toner. I love that the sheet doesn't pill or leave fibers behind. When you put it on your face, you can feel a cooling sensation, and it would be great for wiping off after a modeling mask too. Being collagen pads, they don't cause any dryness and pair wonderfully with a hydrating cream.

It's so hard to find any drawbacks! This product is just too good!

1. Thickness
The pads are incredibly plush and thick. They're similar to carrot pads in thickness, and if you carefully separate them, you can divide one pad into up to three layers. This makes them super efficient for daily mask routines. Due to their thickness and softness, they work great as an exfoliating toner too. They hold a ton of serum, so after gently massaging your face, you can press the remaining pad onto your skin to absorb any leftover product.

The hydration is excellent, and it does a great job of reducing redness around my nose and cheeks, which I love.

I wish the lid could be changed from a screw-top to a one-touch open/close system for easier use.

On days when your skin needs extra nourishment, gently prep your skin with toner, then generously apply these collagen pads. Leave them on for about 5 minutes as a quick mask treatment for a boost of hydration.

It's not quite suitable as an exfoliating toner. Due to the collagen content, it tends to slip and slide when wiping off. Also, each pad is quite thick, making it a bit tricky to separate them one by one.

Packed with collagen, it's perfect for using as a mask after cleansing. Just place it on your face and let it work its magic! Even after removing, you can feel the silky smooth collagen left behind on your skin.
