I'm having trouble finding this product to repurchase. 
Is it discontinued? That's a shame... But I still feel like this was a good product somewhere.

My skin is sensitive, but this product is really gentle on my skin. The pad itself doesn't cause any irritation, and the serum isn't sticky at all.
I've tried many famous brands of these pads from Olive Young, but I found the Believe You ones to be the best.
After cleansing, I find that any ampoule I apply absorbs well after using this product.

I couldn't find any drawbacks. It's a really great collagen serum pad.

This is as thick as two to three sheets!
It's completely soaked, so it would be a shame to just use it to wipe your face.
The sheet doesn't have any fuzz, which is great.
When you put it on your face, you can feel the cooling effect, and it seems good for wiping off after a modeling pack.
Since it's a collagen pad, there's no dryness, and it goes well with a moisturizing cream.

The pad is as thick as a comforter, but I don't feel any benefits. Even though it's thick, if you tear it in half, it sheds fuzz like a torn comforter, making it essentially impossible to separate.
Since it's incredibly thick, when you apply it, it feels unstable, like it might fall off. And when you wipe it, the absorbed contents are more than necessary, which feels wasteful. Even if you don't do a pack and just use it for a single wipe, you can only use it about 50 times, which feels like a waste of money...

It is extremely thick and the noodles are soft. Bona has zero irritation. That's how it has to be.

The product description states that it is fragrance-free, but it actually has a slightly sweet scent. I found the mild fragrance to be quite pleasant. I think people would appreciate if you could let them know what the scent is.

The key ingredients that firm up the skin are collagen, the elastic protein elastin that firmly holds the collagen, and the main moisturizing ingredient hyaluronic acid that fills in between the collagen. It's formulated with 3 types of resilient probiotics that care for the damaged skin barrier, so it made my skin feel moisturized and bouncy.
The pad ☆☆☆☆ was really thick, so I split it in half and placed it on my cheeks like a simple pack. The diamond-patterned pad was easy to grip and didn't feel too slippery. The pad was also fully saturated with serum, and there was plenty of serum in the container that swished around, so I was very satisfied.

It's too difficult to find flaws. The product is so great!

1. Thickness
The pads are incredibly soft and thick. They are similar to carrot pads in that they are quite thick, so I can easily divide one pad into 3 pieces. This was very efficient when doing a facial treatment. The thick and soft texture made them great for both cleansing and masking. The pads also absorb a lot of serum, so I could press the remaining serum into my skin after use.

The moisture level is great, and they effectively reduced redness around my nose and cheeks.

I'd prefer if the lid was changed to a one-touch style that opens and closes easily instead of having to twist it.

My skin type is combination dry, dehydrated, with visible dryness and flakiness. I have some pigmentation, thin skin texture, and no wrinkles. I have a yellowish undertone and am a cool-toned winter complexion. 🙂

I'm so happy! I tried the sample and liked it so much that I ordered it, and I'm using it regularly now. It's completely non-irritating, and I can see my skin's radiance and moisture levels improving significantly, so I think I'll continue using it consistently. It's very hydrating but doesn't feel heavy at all, and it absorbs really well.

The only downside is that I wish the price was a bit more affordable.

It provides a satisfying sense of wanting to use it continuously as it moisturizes the skin and makes it firm.
Since it can be used without an additional skin care step for firming, it's more convenient.
Plus, it contains PHA + LHA ingredients, so it can gently care for the dead skin as well.
It's a great all-in-one solution, especially during dry seasons!

The cotton pads were soft, but the excessive amount of product meant that I had to be careful not to get it too close to my eyes, as it would sting. While the pads cleansed gently, they did not completely remove all makeup and impurities, which was disappointing. After washing my face and using toner, makeup would sometimes still transfer, requiring me to wash my face again. The included tweezers are transparent and pretty, but they are difficult to store after use, so I end up just leaving them anywhere.

The pads are thick, soft, and moist. They are said to contain a lot of collagen, and there is indeed a lot of product at the bottom. The collagen is absorbed into the skin, and the pads effectively wipe away impurities, providing a pleasant cleansing experience. One diamond-patterned pad is enough to cleanse the entire face.
