❤ Effortless Swallowing It only takes 2 small pills, and the small, round size makes swallowing very easy, so I've been taking it for n years. 💙 Zero Fishy Odor Other omega products tend to have a distinct fishy smell after taking them, but this product has no such odor, so I can take it without any aversion. ❤ Individual Packaging The individual packaging allows me to take it hygienically, which is great.

I've been taking it for a month, and I'm glad that the soft capsules don't scratch my throat as I swallow them. Omega-3 supplements often have an unpleasant fishy aftertaste, but I haven't experienced that with this product, which is great. It also contains vitamin E, so I don't have to take that separately, which is convenient.
Cons

Pros
I tried taking omega-3 because I heard it's good for reducing inflammation, and I did see the effects! I tend to bruise easily, but I haven't been getting as many bruises since taking it. While it's not the easiest to swallow since I have a small throat, it's much slimmer than the triple-strength capsules, which is nice. And there's no fishy taste at all - the lemon flavor is just faintly there, which makes it taste good! Haha.
Cons
There's not really any downside in terms of performance, but the value for money could be a bit better.
