The capsule size is good - I used to take larger capsules that were difficult to swallow, but this product has smaller capsules that are much easier to take, especially for those with a small throat or difficulty swallowing. However, this product requires taking 2 capsules per serving.

As for the fishy smell, omega products can sometimes have an unpleasant fishy odor, but this one has a much milder smell that doesn't bother me. So I'd recommend this to people who previously couldn't tolerate the strong fishy smell of other omega supplements.
