I tried taking omega-3 because I heard it's good for reducing inflammation, and I did see the effects! I tend to bruise easily, but I haven't been getting as many bruises since taking it. While it's not the easiest to swallow since I have a small throat, it's much slimmer than the triple-strength capsules, which is nice. And there's no fishy taste at all - the lemon flavor is just faintly there, which makes it taste good! Haha.

The EPA and DHA are 600mg, which is sufficient, and it also contains vitamin E, which is great! It's enteric-coated, so even though it's omega-3, there's no smell at all, which I really liked.
