These days, my eyes have been dry and gritty, so I started taking Chong Kun Dang Promega. I take one capsule every day, and after taking Promega, the dryness and grittiness of my eyes have improved. I tried the Chong Kun Dang omega-3 supplements after hearing a lot about them. My dry eye symptoms have been getting worse, and I heard these are good for that too. The size wasn't bad, and they were okay to take.
Cons
I have to take 2 of these as well... Ugh... And I'm not sure if they're effective. I didn't notice much difference between when I was taking these with lutein and when I was just taking lutein.

I purchased the Jongkeundang Health ProMega RTG Omega 3 because it is made by Jongkeundang Health and the RTG form is said to have high bioavailability. Even though my eyes are quite dry, I can really feel the difference when I stop taking it for a while. I also like that the capsules are smaller compared to other omega 3 products.
Cons
The 2 capsule per serving is a bit inconvenient and I tend to forget to take it. The cost-effectiveness also doesn't seem that great - 40 capsules for 2 servings per day is quite expensive.
