  Pros

  From its ingredients, this is a product I wholeheartedly recommend. Having sensitive, blemish-prone skin, I often break out immediately when using the wrong cleansing oil. However, this product has never caused such issues. Moreover, while cleansing effectiveness is usually prioritized over ingredients in cleansing oils, this one excels in both areas. It removes almost everything except for heavy-duty waterproof makeup and some long-lasting lip tints like Peripera.

  Cons

  The finish might be polarizing as it leaves a slightly slippery feeling. However, this can be easily resolved with a foam cleanser afterwards. Personally, I appreciate this aspect as it makes my skin feel less dry. On a side note, it's not particularly effective at removing excess sebum. If you're looking to address blackheads, you'd be better off using a specialized product for that purpose.

  Pros

  Just one pump, or at most one and a half, is enough to effectively remove makeup without needing a second cleanse, leaving your skin feeling hydrated. The scent is natural, not artificial - it reminds me a bit of the Trilogy Rosehip Oil fragrance.

  Cons

  Using too much oil prevents it from emulsifying properly. I used to enjoy massaging my face with plenty of oil when removing makeup, usually pumping two or three times. However, with this product, that method leaves your face feeling coated in oil. It's reminiscent of the 'Vaseline bath' technique where you apply Vaseline and then spritz water to create a coating. Instead of emulsifying and washing away, it just sits on the skin. Once the oil adheres to your face, it's incredibly difficult to remove and requires multiple washes.

  Tip

  Use a minimal amount of oil - just one to one and a half pumps for cleansing.

  Pros

  I used this product daily for a week. The biggest takeaway is that Bioderma's cleansing oil is perfect for super sensitive skin! I usually have redness on my cheeks and often experience a tingling sensation. With this product, there's absolutely no irritation! I was so pleased that even after cleansing, there was no irritation at all. After the second cleanse, I noticed the cleansing oil left a slightly moisturizing feeling(?). I didn't mind this at all. Scent: Very faint oil scent, almost unscented. Texture: A very gentle rolling oil.

  Cons

  The quantity seems a bit small. It would be great if they came out with a larger size option. Also, when I touched my skin after rinsing off the oil but before the second cleanse, it felt more slippery compared to other cleansing oils.

  Tip

  Use plenty of cleansing oil! Make sure to massage it for about a minute, then emulsify with water before rinsing for proper cleansing!

  Note: I'm a regular user of XX cleansing emulsion. I don't typically wear heavy makeup. Texture & feel: As expected with oil formulas, it takes a bit more time to cleanse and has a sticky texture. It's quite clingy and adhesive. I mainly used it on days I wore makeup, and due to its slippery feel, a second or third cleanse was necessary. Quantity: If you plan to use it frequently, the amount might seem insufficient.

  For those who only use sunscreen, a lighter formula might be more suitable for cleansing. Recommended for people who enjoy wearing makeup regularly, and those looking for a cleanser with a simple ingredient list.

  I initially applied to be one of The Hwahae Testers because of the product's great ingredients. It effectively removes makeup and has good cleansing effectiveness. The pump works well, and there's no leakage. A little goes a long way, so it should last quite a while. The overall feel is similar to other cleansing oils, giving it a familiar sensation.

  Cons

  I simply added this product to my existing skincare routine. After using it, followed by my second cleanse and exfoliating toner, my skin reacted badly. It seems there might be an ingredient that doesn't agree with me. Post-cleanse, my skin doesn't feel squeaky clean, but rather slippery.

  As someone who switched from cleansing oil to cleansing foam, I decided to give this product a try. While I enjoyed the cleansing effectiveness of oils, I wasn't fond of the greasy feeling. This product, though still an oil, impressed me in other ways, so I wanted to share my thoughts! The packaging was eco-friendly - the product came wrapped in paper air cushions inside the delivery box, without an additional product box. 💦Cleansing Effectiveness In the third photo, I tested it on waterproof eyeliner (left) and mascara (right). It removed the eyeliner completely, while leaving a bit of mascara behind (which is normal, as mascara usually requires a dedicated remover). When used on foundation, it cleaned thoroughly without leaving any residue. 💦Scent I'm not particularly sensitive to fragrances in products, so I didn't find the scent bothersome. It has a typical cleansing oil aroma. 💦Other Observations • Initially, I wasn't sure how much to use. One pump feels a bit insufficient, so I'd recommend using two pumps for a thorough cleanse. • The oil has a slight yellow tint, though it's hard to see in the photo due to lighting. • What I loved most was how it left my skin feeling hydrated without any deep dryness after rinsing!

  It can be a bit uncomfortable if you accidentally open your eyes while washing - everything looks white. But that's easily avoided by keeping your eyes closed. Another downside is the need for double cleansing. Although the instructions say you can finish without a second cleanse, I found the skin still felt too slippery and like there was residual oil without following up with another cleanser.

  Here's a tip: Use a generous amount of cleansing oil and give yourself a facial massage! It's a well-known trick, but massaging with oil really helps dissolve both blackheads and whiteheads.
