  I'm addicted to this shampoo! Why? Because the volume after drying is on another level... As a volume-obsessed 30-something with thinning hair, this is a game-changer. Once I ran out and had to use a different shampoo my family uses - my hair fell flat and I was miserable all day. Since then, I always keep it stocked and use only this shampoo. Honestly, the volume is unbeatable! Even without additional styling, it gives such beautiful, natural volume that I'm over the moon. For an anti-hair loss shampoo, it's less stiff and has a softer feel. There's also a matching treatment for when you want extra care - it's gentle enough not to deflate the volume, so using it once a week is perfect. This shampoo has been my savior since high school when I started suffering from lack of hair volume.

  There are some ingredients to be cautious about, but I'm still relatively satisfied because the scent isn't overpowering. What I dislike most are heavy fragrances like baby powder or coconut, but this has a mild herbal scent that isn't too strong, so it's not bad.

  I used to use various shampoos like pH-balanced, herbal, cooling, and anti-hair loss ones, but I always felt stressed seeing hair all over the bathroom floor and stuck to my body after showering. With this product, though, it seems like I'm losing less hair than before. The lather is also rich - I usually struggle to get a good lather, but this one foams up nicely even with a small amount. I was satisfied with the slight cooling effect too.

  While it's true that I'm losing less hair, I'm someone who sheds an excessive amount to begin with, so honestly, I'm not sure if I'm seeing definitive results yet. Also, those sensitive to fragrances might find the scent off-putting. If you prefer unscented or baby powder scents, this might not be for you. There's also a slightly stiff feeling when rinsing, so you might need to use a conditioner or hair essence alongside it. That was a bit disappointing.

  To be honest, after about two weeks of use, it's too soon to say if it truly helps with hair loss, and I haven't noticed any significant effects.   The gentle lather thoroughly cleanses impurities from the scalp and hair while providing essential nourishment. Previously, using a flat iron left my hair dry and lifeless, but since I started using Ryo Root Zen, my hair has regained its shine, which makes me feel fantastic!

  While I appreciate the subtle fragrance of the shampoo, I wish the scent would linger a bit longer.
