To truly assess its effectiveness, I'd need to finish an entire bottle. So, I can't really comment on its efficacy yet. What I can evaluate at this point are the fragrance and how it feels to use. Firstly, the scent... Looking at the packaging, I expected a fresh and crisp aroma. Given that Ryo is known for its herbal shampoos, I anticipated a subtle, medicinal herb scent. Surprisingly though, it smells like air freshener! The fragrance is quite strong and can even trigger headaches due to its intensity. In terms of how it feels to use, it's similar to regular shampoos.
ConsRyo has a reputation for herbal shampoos, and I think it would have been better if they had chosen a lighter scent that could appeal to younger users while maintaining that image. The unexpectedly strong air freshener-like smell was quite shocking.

When I check my brush after combing, there's less hair, and even during showers, I'm not losing as much. Before, I used to have clumps of hair sticking to my body, but now there's hardly any. It's been great!
ConsThe scent wasn't really my style... It reminded me of those single-use shampoos you find in public bathhouses. If they could just change the fragrance, I'd be completely satisfied!
TipMake sure to wet your hair first, then apply the shampoo to both your scalp and hair. Leave it on for 3-5 minutes before rinsing. It leaves you feeling incredibly refreshed! I have slightly wavy hair that's been bleached multiple times and then dyed black, but even with just shampooing, I could feel how soft my hair became.

To my delight, I won the Hwahae Testers event for Ryo TwoZen Anti-Hair Loss Shampoo the next day! Grateful and excited, I started using it every morning from the day I received it. The formula is lightweight, with a subtle yellow-beige color. I appreciated that the lather was neither too little nor too much. Regarding hair loss, I clean out the shower drain daily, but after a week of use, I can't tell if there's a difference yet. I wish the Hwahae Testers program allowed for a two-week to one-month trial period for a more comprehensive review. Throughout my use, I didn't experience any scalp blemishes or dryness.
ConsThe scent is familiar, but I wouldn't describe it as bergamot and lavender. To me, it smells more like sophora root.

I usually rub shampoo directly onto my head, and I loved how this one creates a rich, dense lather! Since I have bleached hair, most shampoos leave it feeling very stiff, but this product left a slight moisturizing feeling. The volume in my hair lasts longer! I'd recommend this to anyone looking for volume and anti-hair loss effects.
ConsThe shampoo scent was initially floral, but since it's an anti-hair loss shampoo, it had a medicinal herb smell afterwards, which I didn't particularly like...

It even helps control scalp odor, which I really appreciate. I've always been someone who sheds a lot when washing my hair - to the point where I worry about hair loss. However, after using this product, I've noticed a slight reduction in shedding. When I think of anti-hair loss shampoos, I often assume they'll be packed with nourishing ingredients that might weigh down my hair. But after using this, I was most satisfied to find that it actually enhanced my hair's volume instead of diminishing it.
ConsI have an extremely oily scalp, and when I use this in the morning, my scalp starts to get oily again by evening. So I think it might be more suitable for those with moderately oily scalps rather than extremely oily ones. Also, the scent reminds me of lemon-scented dish soap, which might be hit or miss for some people.

Unfortunately, I couldn't find any positive aspects to mention.
ConsScent: It smells like household cleaner and has an unpleasant fragrance. Even though I wet my scalp before use, it still makes my scalp itchy and causes a tingling sensation. After using it for a week, I've realized it doesn't suit my scalp at all. Now I'm using it as a bathroom cleaner instead... sigh.

The cooling effect when rinsing is refreshing and pleasant. The ingredients are gentle and harmful substances are minimized.
ConsHonest review from a personal purchase. The fragrance is underwhelming. Despite the involvement of a famous foreign perfumer, it smells like a popular Lanvin perfume from over a decade ago. Personally, I dislike this scent as it reminds me of a natural mosquito repellent. They could have invested in better ingredients or used a universally appealing scent like fresh orange, similar to Origins' Ginzing line. It's a missed opportunity. The oil explosion makes me want to run to the bathroom. I've used many shampoos, including Ryo products, but this is the worst for making hair greasy within hours, comparable only to Ryo Heritage. Both products cause strange static without conditioner and leave the scalp feeling oily after a few hours. Rootzen heavily promotes volume, but delivers excess oil instead. I had to use dry shampoo all over my scalp and hair to manage. Oily-haired individuals might need dry shampoo to use this product socially. Moreover, the hair feels sticky even after drying, making it difficult to style. It's the worst Amore Pacific shampoo I've tried, prompting me to look for alternatives for the first time. Despite not being cheap, especially as a specialized anti-hair loss shampoo for women, it's disappointing. I wonder if the creators actually used this product, or if they all have dry scalps and it only affects me this way. This product raises many questions and doubts.
TipRecommended for those with dry scalps!
