I love that they frequently have buy-one-get-one-free promotions. It removes everything well except for eyeliner and mascara. It really stings if it gets in your eyes. That's why I had to switch to a different product. - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinFeb 9, 2025
I used this for about 6 months, and I'd say its cleansing effectiveness is average. What disappointed me was the irritation I felt on my cheeks, and it also stung my eyes. It didn't seem to remove waterproof products effectively. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinDec 29, 2024
The sunscreen washes off easily and works well as a second cleanser. It tends to get into your eyes easily. It stings terribly, so be very careful! - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinAcne SkinDec 4, 2024
I switched to COSRX for my skincare and decided to try their cleansing water too. Here's what I love about it: 1. While most people use it with the foam dispenser, I found that a bit fussy. I just apply it with a cotton pad, and the cleansing effectiveness is totally satisfying. 2. The large size is great for stocking up. 3. As someone with super sensitive skin, I find it gentle and really nice. It stings a bit if it gets in your eyes, but I've experienced that with other cleansing waters too, so it doesn't bother me much. One downside: when I took it on a trip, the container didn't seal completely, and my entire toiletry bag got soaked. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinNov 13, 2024
I use this to remove my makeup highlights, and it works well for everything except mascara. It stings a lot if it gets in your eyes. I have dry, sensitive skin, and after using this, my skin feels quite parched. I'd recommend using this during the summer months. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinOct 26, 2024
Apply a generous amount of foam to your face and gently massage in circular motions for a thorough cleanse. If you feel it's not enough, go for a second round! It might sting a little if it gets in your eyes, but the benefits far outweigh this minor drawback. Recommended to use with a foaming dispenser. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinOct 15, 2024
The gentle ingredients didn't cause any blemishes. It removes makeup well and the price point is reasonable, which I appreciate. I also like that it's fragrance-free. There wasn't anything particularly disappointing, but it stung a bit when it got into my eyes. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinSep 12, 2024
I really appreciated that it came with a pump dispenser. I'm not a fan of having to wipe off product... It stings quite a bit if it gets in your eyes. I wish they could improve this aspect. - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinSep 7, 2024
I've been using this as a gentle first and second cleanser on days when I only wear sunscreen without makeup. It's great because I can finish cleansing quickly, which feels less irritating to my skin. While it's convenient for quick use, it stings my eyes so badly that I can't keep them open during application. I guess individual experiences may vary. Using it with a foam maker feels less irritating since I don't need to use cotton pads separately. - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinAug 22, 2024
I loved how gentle and non-irritating it was. It's perfect for cleansing on days when I'm only wearing sunscreen or light makeup! While it didn't irritate my skin, be careful not to get it in your eyes as it can cause a tingling sensation.
