The pads are shaped like chestnuts and have a sweet candy scent, which is adorable and delightful. I'd give it full marks for concept! What's great is that I could keep them on while drying my hair, and they didn't dry out at all. They stayed saturated with essence the whole time, which was fantastic. The pads hold a decent amount of essence, are nicely thick, adhere well, and feel fresh and clean. But honestly, aren't there many pads of this quality available these days? Despite being marketed for pore tightening, it doesn't contain chemical exfoliants that would actually help with pores. Its main benefit is just the refreshing feel. To be fair, most products with "pore" in the name are like this... It's not a bad product to use if you buy it on sale. About the chestnut-shaped pads - they're undeniably cute, but I'm not sure if there's any real benefit. They claim it's good for curved areas, but I can't help thinking someone just suggested "Hey, let's make chestnut-shaped pads!" and then they came up with the curved area explanation afterwards... The review highlights both positive and negative aspects of the product. The reviewer appreciates the cute concept and moisture retention but questions its effectiveness for pore tightening and the practical benefits of the unique shape. They suggest it's a decent product when on sale but not particularly outstanding in the current market. - dd**********Combination SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRecommendedJun 24, 2025
The included tweezers make it clean and convenient to use without the hassle of reaching in with your fingers. It adheres well to the skin, and the pads are generously soaked with hydration. The day after use, my skin feels noticeably smoother. I'll definitely repurchase. As for pore tightening, I'll need to use it a bit longer to see results. The scent is not overpowering, and it's generally pleasant. There's nothing particularly disappointing about it. After applying it all over my face and attaching it to the butterfly zone, the hydration lasts for quite a while. It's also great for placing on the bridge of the nose. - um****Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJun 20, 2025
I've been using this for a week now. Unlike other face masks that cause blemishes, this one doesn't cause any tingling sensation. It's great because it's non-irritating and provides excellent hydration. So far, I haven't noticed any drawbacks. I think it'll take more than a month of use to see any changes in pores. (Warning: photo may be unpleasant to view!) It's even better if you keep it in the refrigerator. - ph****Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRecommendedJun 10, 2025
1. Effectively removes residue Even with a gentle touch, you can feel the pressure from the pad's textured surface. It's amazing how it picks up yellowish residue with just a light swipe. That's why I pay extra attention to areas prone to blemishes. I've definitely noticed a reduction in the number of breakouts. 2. Perfect amount of product The pads are soaked with just the right amount of solution. One pad is sufficient to cleanse your entire face. 1. Can't deny the potential for irritation The material itself is designed for deep pore cleansing, so it's not exactly gentle. While it feels mild during a single use, the effects can accumulate. Though it's not peak oil production season yet, using it twice daily can noticeably thin the skin barrier. For oily skin, I recommend using it only in the evening daily. For less oily skin, try using it every other night. When using these pads, it's important to listen to your skin. While they can be effective for managing blemishes and excess oil, overuse may lead to sensitivity. Consider incorporating them into your routine gradually, and adjust usage based on your skin's needs and the season. Remember, maintaining your skin's natural barrier is crucial for overall skin health. - xo*******Dehydrated SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessEnlarged PoresRecommendedMay 24, 2025
As someone with combination dehydrated skin, I found this decent for pore care. It's a bit much for daily use though. There's a slight irritation. Those with super sensitive skin should be cautious. - hc*******Dry SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessRecommendedMay 6, 2025
A candid review from a skincare nomad: I have dry skin and used this product for over a month! The pads have a gauze side and an embossed side. I used the gauze side for a mask and the embossed side as an exfoliating toner. The gauze side isn't rough, so using it as an exfoliating toner wasn't uncomfortable. The built-in tweezers and their storage compartment are a bit tricky to open, though. These pads are incredibly hydrating, as if they're packed with moisture. They absorb well and cause minimal irritation, making them perfect for daily use. However, they didn't noticeably shrink my pores. There's a slight richness after using the pads, but it's not bothersome. I'd recommend these pads to those with dry or combination dehydrated skin! Unfortunately, they didn't exfoliate much even when used as an exfoliating toner. The rich feeling after use might not be ideal for those with oily skin. - 8r********Dry SkinSensitive SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsApr 28, 2025
The dual-sided pad with embossed and soft surfaces allows for both toning and gentle exfoliation The product description claimed pore tightening effects after just one use, but I saw no noticeable change in my pores even after a week of use. Moreover, it didn't even provide the basic hydrating effects I expected. - di*********Oily SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsRecommendedApr 17, 2025
I've used more than five bottles of this... It's amazing for oily skin, and surprisingly, my extremely dry-skinned sister says it works well for her too. For some reason, it seems to be excellent at removing dead skin cells. The price is a bit disappointing, haha. If it were a bit cheaper, I wouldn't have switched. I've found a similar product that's less expensive, so I probably won't go back to using this one. - sj*******Dehydrated SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRecommendedApr 10, 2025
I love that it comes with built-in tweezers. It's great as both a mask and an exfoliating toner. Even though the pads are a bit thick, they adhere really well to the face. For someone like me who's used to large-volume toners, this runs out too quickly... It doesn't seem very cost-effective. - ky****Dehydrated SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRecommendedMar 8, 2025
I'm consistently using this product, now on my third bottle. Recently, a friend I hadn't seen in a while asked if I'd had a dermatological treatment! There's honestly nothing to complain about. No blemishes at all. I end up using three sheets daily, which can be slightly pricey, but that's the only minor concern.
