  Personally, I absolutely love the Dalba scent - it's right up my alley! This oil-to-foam cleanser is so convenient. You just roll the oil directly onto your face, then add water to emulsify it.   Skin Type: I have dry, blemish-prone, and super sensitive skin. My skin responds really well to cica, collagen, regenerative ingredients, and enzymes. Maintaining the right oil and moisture balance is crucial for my skin type. Ingredients: The product combines d'Alba's star ingredient, white truffle, with tocopherol to nourish the skin. The use of thermal spring water provides deep hydration, leaving no feeling of deep dryness after cleansing. Texture: Despite being called an oil cream cleanser, I was surprised to find it thicker and more substantial than expected, rather than thin and smooth. Because of this, I'd recommend using a generous amount when cleansing to avoid potential friction on the skin that might occur with a smaller quantity. Cleansing Effectiveness: As someone who wears a full face of makeup, cleansing power is a key factor for me when choosing a cleanser. This product didn't completely remove eye makeup like eyeliner and mascara, so a second cleanse was necessary. When I tried to remove eye makeup with it, I felt a tingling sensation, so I'd recommend using a separate eye makeup remover for that area.

  You need to pump 2-3 times to get enough product for one use, which makes it seem not very cost-effective considering the price.

  (11/10/24 update) As someone who usually only wears sunscreen, cushion foundation, and lip products, I found this extremely satisfying. It removes cushion and lip products well, eliminating the need for double cleansing - so convenient. My skin feels moisturized after cleansing, which is another plus. For those who use eyeliner and mascara, you might need a separate eye makeup remover. But for my routine, it's a perfect fit and I'm very pleased. --------------------------------------------- (Original review) (Summary) It spreads smoothly like honey, and after foaming with water, my face feels clean without any tightness or dryness - which I love. (Texture) The viscosity is somewhere between honey and an emulsion? It feels like spreading thin honey smoothly on the skin. When it meets water and transforms into foam, I enjoyed how it glides smoothly on the face, creating fine bubbles. (Cleansing effectiveness) The cleansing power was better than expected. After applying and massaging in oil form, I could see the cushion foundation and lip products dissolving. Post-cleanse, my skin was indeed clean. I only tried it on eyeliner at the outer corners of my eyes. While it didn't seem to remove much in oil form, after adding water and foaming, I was surprised to find no traces left. I haven't tried it with mascara, so I can't comment on that. (After-feel) Post-cleanse, there's minimal skin tightness. Even though my skin feels squeaky clean, it's not dry or uncomfortable - which is great. (Scent) The fragrance is a pleasant, subtle floral scent.

  During first use, I felt a slight tingling sensation on my face (reason for deducting one star). It didn't happen again, but I might use something gentler when my skin is in poor condition or extra sensitive. I think it would work well for most people, except those with extremely sensitive skin. When actually removing makeup from my face, even with normal washing (without excessive rubbing), it did remove all my eyeliner. However... In a hand test, it didn't completely remove eyeliner. So I'll probably use a separate lip and eye makeup remover for my eyes... During the hand test, I had to use physical force to rub it off, and even scratched some off with my nails (you might notice redness on my hand in photo #5). Also, it stings a bit if it gets in your eyes, so I was very careful when removing eye makeup. On lazy days, I might just use this to remove everything. On less lazy days, I'll use a lip and eye remover for my eyes first.

  Tip

  At first, I used too much (5 pumps), but I found that about 3 pumps is sufficient for effective makeup removal. As long as you control the amount well, it should work great. The regular price is quite expensive, but it's worth buying when it's on sale.

  First off, I use this product on my bare face since I'm a regular swimmer. Given the nature of swimming, I wash my face frequently, which can be particularly drying. However, this product kept my skin from feeling dry after cleansing, even until I could apply my moisturizer in the changing room. It's great! It seems to effectively manage hydration and oil control. The texture is like melted caramel! The scent is fairly neutral, not too strong. I've also tried it with makeup on, but I feel it's more suitable as a second cleanser rather than a first step.

  While I have no complaints about how it feels or any blemishes, I personally think that given the product's consistency, a squeeze tube might have been more practical than a pump bottle.
