  As a cleansing balm, you scoop it out to use. When I tried it with the spatula, I found the texture to be quite smooth. It's easy to take out small amounts. It feels like using a comfortable oil, so I found myself reaching for it often. The subtle yuzu scent was pleasant too. I think the fragrance would be universally appealing. While I didn't try removing mascara, it effectively removed most of my makeup.

  Regardless of this specific product, the balm format in general can be a bit inconvenient as you always need to open the lid to use it. It's a shame that there's no designated spot for the spatula, so you have to store it separately.

True to its name, the yuzu aroma creates a healing sensation while cleansing. It effectively removes makeup and impurities without irritation, and my skin feels hydrated rather than tight after washing. I'm definitely considering repurchasing this product!
