  Pros

  As the name suggests, it has a refreshing yuzu scent. I usually dislike artificial fragrances, but I love the citrusy yuzu aroma. Perhaps due to the yuzu and ceramide content, my skin doesn't feel dry after cleansing and remains quite hydrated. As you can see in the photo, it melts nicely when it touches the skin, resulting in a smooth application. I'm also satisfied with how well it removes makeup.

  Cons

  There's nothing particularly bad about it. The only minor inconvenience is having to store the included spoon separately.

  The scent is absolutely delightful! The yuzu fragrance is so natural and pleasant. When I'm melting the balm and rolling it on my face, I find myself absentmindedly continuing to massage it in circles, just enjoying the aroma. It's such a soothing experience to use this at the end of a long day, right before bed. It's truly a healing moment! The cleansing effectiveness is impressive. It removes even heavy makeup thoroughly! It takes off mascara, eyeliner, and even lip stains to a certain extent. My skin feels incredibly smooth afterwards. I really dislike that tight feeling after washing my face, but with this, there's none of that. My skin just feels silky smooth. Of course, results may vary depending on skin type, but for me, it's been fantastic!

  I wish it was available in more stores. Actually, since it's recently become available at Olive Young, I probably don't even need to mention this. To be honest, I'm struggling to find any real drawbacks, so I'm just writing this to have something in the 'cons' section!

  Curious about the cleansing balms I've been seeing lately, I decided to give one a try despite usually using oils or cleansing pads. Upon opening the lid, a subtle yuzu scent wafted out. Though I generally prefer unscented products, I found this delicate fragrance pleasant, even if artificial. The novel experience of scooping out the product was enjoyable. As I massaged it in circular motions to remove my makeup, it felt pleasantly slippery. I followed up with a foam cleanser, which left my skin feeling more hydrated than squeaky clean. While I still prefer oils, this balm offered good value and a fun new experience.

  There weren't any major drawbacks. While trying a new product was exciting, personally, I still find cleansing oils more effective than balms.

  ✗ Packaging: The reason I deducted one star is because the container lacks thoughtful design. It would have been better if the lid had a built-in spoon holder. Unfortunately, it doesn't, and the spoon itself is longer than the container's diameter, so it doesn't even fit inside. Aside from this, the product's performance is excellent.

While cleansing balms are known for their effectiveness, I was amazed at how easily it removed even eye makeup with gentle massaging, without any irritation. Everything comes off just with the initial rolling, even before emulsification! Fragrance: The yuzu scent is absolutely authentic! It's not artificial at all, which I love. The fragrance makes the cleansing process refreshing and uplifting every time. Hydration: Being a balm formula, it doesn't leave my skin feeling tight at all. Instead, it's so moisturizing - perfect for my dry skin! With ingredients like ceramide NP, camellia oil, and tocopherol, it's fantastic for maintaining the skin barrier and locking in moisture. Texture: The balm consistency is great because it doesn't run like an oil, making it easy to massage and leave on briefly. It melts instantly upon touching the skin, but doesn't drip! I love how it feels lighter than oil after cleansing, without any residue. Packaging: The double-lock container is excellent, and I appreciate the included spatula. However, it would be even better if the spatula could be stored inside the inner lid of the container to avoid misplacing it.

  I wish the spatula could be stored inside the case. Other than that, there's hardly anything to complain about!

  This cleansing balm is perfect for the changing seasons when skin starts to get dry! It cleanses thoroughly while keeping skin moisturized. It emulsifies well, leaving no oily residue, and doesn't require long massaging. The scent is absolutely divine - not artificial at all. After a long day, that first cleanse with its fresh yuzu fragrance is truly healing and rejuvenating. Despite being in a jar, it's not messy to use as the texture doesn't drip when you scoop it out and close the lid.
