I think even people with blemishes would be happy using this product. I just wish it went on sale more often! After washing your hands, apply to dry face and gently massage to remove makeup. Gradually add warm water to emulsify, then rinse off the makeup.

It only has enough cleansing effectiveness for light makeup. It doesn't do much for deeply pigmented lip tints, sebum, whiteheads, or blackheads. After emulsifying and rinsing, it leaves a slightly oily residue on the skin, making it feel uncomfortable. The product seems to work well for basic cleansing but falls short in deep cleansing and removing stubborn makeup. Skin type: Dry, Combination I have thin, sensitive skin that tends to get itchy and develop blemishes when using incompatible products. I'm pleased that this product didn't cause any breakouts when I used it. It effectively removes foundation, eyeliner, brow products, eyeshadow, and lip tints when emulsified. As a cleansing balm, you scoop it out to use. When I tried it with the spatula, I found the texture to be quite smooth. It's easy to take out small amounts. It feels like using a comfortable oil, so I found myself reaching for it often. The subtle yuzu scent was pleasant too. I think the fragrance would be universally appealing. While I didn't try removing mascara, it effectively removed most of my makeup. Regardless of this specific product, the balm format in general can be a bit inconvenient as you always need to open the lid to use it. It removes makeup smoothly without irritating the skin. The cleansing effectiveness is also great. I wish it came in a tube. The jar packaging is a bit inconvenient.

The cleansing effectiveness isn't great. You need to massage it in for a while to feel like it's removing makeup.
