  Wow! What is this amazing product? I've been obsessed with skincare lately, trying out all sorts of things. While using multiple products at once can be costly, it's great for comparing different items side by side. I've always used cleansing oils, but recently I've been curious about cleansing balms. Thinking 'why wait?', I went ahead and bought five popular ones! Among them, I was most drawn to the Yuja Healing Cleansing Balm - its name and color made me expect a refreshing scent. As someone with sensitive skin and a compromised skin barrier, I was worried about potential irritation. But wow! From the first use, I was absolutely thrilled! Using about a 50-cent sized amount, I gently melted it in my palms before applying it to my face. Surprisingly, it was completely non-irritating! While the citrusy scent wasn't overpowering, it was still refreshing and mood-lifting - like aromatherapy. After thoroughly massaging it in and rinsing with water, I followed up with a low pH foam cleanser to finish. I've tried almost all the famous cleansing oils out there, and some occasionally cause burning or stinging. But this balm? Love at first sight! The texture is perfect - not too heavy, not too light. It feels non-irritating during application, effectively dissolves sebum, leaves skin moisturized after rinsing, and has a pleasant, subtle scent. It's been a while since I've felt this relaxed during my cleansing routine! I've found another holy grail product. Please don't discontinue it! You've gained a true fan. I love you, Ceramide Yuja Healing Cleansing Balm!

  Cons

  From a consumer perspective, the only downside to a great product is always the size and price. We always want more for less! And every time I find a gem, I worry about it being discontinued!

  Tip

  While it's not exactly a pro tip, and everyone's skin is different so I hesitate to recommend products easily, but if it works this well for me, I think it's worth trying even for those with somewhat sensitive skin!

  Pros

  I tried this because my usual foam cleanser didn't seem to remove my makeup completely, leaving residue behind. This one definitely cleanses thoroughly, which I love!

  Cons

  It's inconvenient that the spatula doesn't fit inside the lid, so I have to store it separately. I wish it came in a larger size.

  Tip

  After your first cleanse, if there's still some oil left, use a tiny amount of foam cleanser for a gentle second cleanse to balance things out.

  Softness. It's hard to explain, but it's incredibly gentle. It goes without saying that it removes makeup effectively. I haven't experienced any dissatisfaction while using it.

  None. The only thing I wish for is a larger size option. But the product itself leaves nothing to be desired.

  Even without sales, this cleansing balm is a product I'd gladly buy with my own money. I prefer it over cleansing water, which lacks cleansing effectiveness, and cleansing oils that can stain clothes irreparably. While cleansing foam alone often fails to remove even just sunscreen, making a first cleanse essential. That's why I believe cleansing balms are the perfect solution, addressing the drawbacks of liquid formulas. Despite being solid, it doesn't irritate the skin or drip excessively when melted. Compared to other cleansing balms, it holds its own. The pleasant fragrance is a bonus, making the cleansing routine momentarily enjoyable.

  When I searched for cleansing balms to write a review, I compared prices with other brands. The regular price is quite high for the amount you get. This could be a significant drawback for those who dislike spending much on cleansing products. Also, while I mentioned the scent as a plus, it might be a negative for some people.
