  Pros

  The subtle yuzu scent, rather than being overpowering, made removing makeup a pleasant experience. The texture was noticeably softer compared to other cleansing balms I've used before. Perhaps because of this, it spreads smoothly and evenly when applied to the face. It's also quite effective at cleansing makeup.

  Cons

  Personally, I don't prefer balm formulations. I received this as a gift and while the product quality is good, it's not my preferred texture, so I'm on the fence about it. Also, as with most balms, you need to use a spatula, which doesn't seem very hygienic. Moreover, it's less convenient than pump-type products when you need a bit more product mid-cleanse. As a result, I tend to use more than necessary from the start, which means I go through it quickly.
