The packaging is absolutely gorgeous and so convenient to use! Being clear, it's easy to see how much product is left, and you can tell they've really put thought into the nozzle design. It's also super easy to control the amount, making the overall user experience fantastic! True to its name, it applies silky smooth, though personally, I find the scent a bit strong. While the ingredients are great, the added fragrance might be hit or miss for some. It's hydrating and absorbs well, finishing with a light feel rather than being sticky. It seems to have a calming effect, and I haven't experienced any blemishes, so I'm happily using it. When my skin feels dry, I layer it multiple times, allowing for thorough absorption, which seems to strike a good balance between oil and moisture.
ConsWhile the scent itself is pleasant, it feels a bit artificial. I think it would be even better if it were fragrance-free.
TipAfter applying toner, you could use this like a mask for extra hydration. It would also be great for facial massage with a gua sha tool, as its smooth texture allows for easy gliding.

I loved that the lightweight, slim, and elongated container was perfect for travel - I took it on a business trip and found it very portable. The slim nozzle allows for direct application to the face, and the formula is a transparent, hydration-packed serum. True to its fluid consistency, it absorbs well and deeply hydrates without any dryness. When applied during morning skincare, my cheeks remained soft and supple even in the afternoon, significantly reducing the need for mist touch-ups! It seems to combat deep dryness and enhance moisture retention. I was extremely satisfied with both the user experience and functionality.
ConsI wish the scent was closer to unscented. For me, it had a slight old-fashioned cosmetic fragrance? It's that common cosmetic scent you often encounter, which was a bit disappointing. If the fragrance had been milder, I could have applied it more generously without worry. However, it didn't cause any blemishes.
TipAs this is a hydration-packed serum with minimal oiliness, it's best to follow up with a moisturizing or hydrating cream to create a moisture barrier. This will help prevent evaporation and maintain hydration longer! True to its 'Silky' name, the finish isn't sticky, so don't hesitate to layer it with a cream.

It's a liquid-type ampoule that spreads so smoothly! Not sticky at all! I love how it absorbs so well, leaving skin hydrated! It even tackles deep dryness effectively. ✓ Strengthening Skin Barrier When I first received it, it said 'Strengthens Skin Barrier', so I trusted it and used it right away! I've been struggling with folliculitis, and after using this, my skin really seems to have calmed down a lot. ✓ Recommended Skin Types With its light and moisturizing texture, I think it would be great for all skin types! ✓ Scent This is a bit disappointing... I usually use fragrance-free, gentle products, so when I first applied it, the cosmetic scent was too strong... It was a letdown! Now I'm used to it after daily use, but I think fragrance-free would be better. ✓ Tube Type It's my first time using a tube-type ampoule, and I think it's great! Unlike dropper types that keep getting exposed, this feels more hygienic as you squeeze it out to use. Personally, this has been the most satisfying product I've won as a Hwahae Tester!
ConsThe strong cosmetic scent is really disappointing. Everything else is absolutely satisfying!
TipI've been interested in strengthening my skin barrier due to folliculitis, and I think my skin has improved a lot after using this! Also, since it's not a sticky formula, it's perfect to use before makeup! It absorbs really well and leaves skin super hydrated!

Unlike typical ampoules with droppers that become hard to use towards the end, this product can be squeezed out like a cream. It's so convenient for controlling the amount and prevents waste - I love it! 2. The texture is just right - not too thick, not too runny. It's also non-sticky, making it perfect for a light application. 3. Being lightweight, it absorbs well into the skin without pilling, which is great for those with oily skin. If you have dry skin, you might need to apply multiple layers or follow up with a richer moisturizer for adequate hydration.
Cons1. There's a subtle scent reminiscent of traditional men's skincare products. Those who are very sensitive to fragrances might not appreciate it. However, it's not overpowering, and I found it tolerable. You can barely notice the scent unless you put it right up to your nose, so don't worry too much about it.
TipRecommended for oily rather than dry skin types!

My cheeks are always flushed, and my face feels like it's on fire! Let me start with what I loved most about this product: The texture is closer to a lightweight serum than a typical ampoule - It absorbs well into the skin like magic! Even when I use it before work in the morning, it doesn't eat up too much time. Centella Asiatica, Panthenol, Allantoin, Madecassoside - It's packed with ingredients I adore.. It boosts hydration while locking in moisture, and adds a soothing effect on top of that.. It's perfect! Great value for money - Usually, decent ampoules in 30ml or 50ml sizes cost around $30-$50, but this one is 70ml for just about $20.. Such a great deal! Overall, the product is gentle and excellent for moisturizing! I think even those with sensitive skin like mine could use it without any issues.
ConsThe slightly disappointing aspects were: The artificial fragrance was a bit off-putting.. Also, controlling the amount dispensed can be a bit tricky? Sometimes a lot comes out unexpectedly..

The texture, as you can see, is somewhere between slightly opaque and transparent, with a medium viscosity that's neither too runny nor gel-like. It has good adherence to the skin and absorbs well immediately upon application. The 70 ml volume is just right.
ConsIt seems a bit pricey, and there's a slight chemical scent. While not overpowering, it does make you wonder if it's truly safe to apply to your skin. The lid can be a bit tricky to close properly, often requiring multiple attempts to secure it in the center.

Most ampoules with droppers have shorter ones, making it hard to use up all the product. But with this one, it seems you can use every last drop! The nozzle-type applicator also makes it super easy to control the amount you use. As someone with super sensitive skin that breaks out easily, I found this product to be incredibly gentle! The centella extract is great for soothing, and the panthenol should help improve skin barrier function. It feels like a hydration powerhouse, deeply moisturizing without being heavy - perfect as a base layer before makeup. With amazing ingredients like centella extract, panthenol, and streptococcus ferment, it would be fantastic for nighttime care too. I'm so satisfied that I'll definitely repurchase when I run out!
ConsThere wasn't much to dislike, but it's not unscented - there's a slight skincare-like fragrance. Those sensitive to scents might find it a bit off-putting, but it wasn't strong enough to bother me personally.
TipThis would be great as a base layer before makeup. For best results, prep your skin with toner or toner pads to create a hydration pathway before applying. After the ampoule, be sure to seal it in with a moisturizing cream to prevent evaporation and lock in the benefits!

I'm satisfied that it even tackles the extreme deep dryness I experience during my menstrual cycle. - It gives a feeling of skin becoming firmer from within, similar to products focusing on skin barrier. As the deep dryness is addressed, I feel like my skin texture and glow are gradually improving too? - It's gentle and non-irritating. When I had a major breakout, using my regular products would usually make it worse, but applying this serum alongside didn't completely clear it up, but at least prevented it from becoming inflamed. - The long-tipped tube design makes it easy to use and hygienic. With dropper types, you worry about contamination if they touch your skin. This was convenient to use. The consistency is just right, making it absorb well, and it pairs excellently with the packaging. Overall, it's great for light, effortless use when your usual intensive skincare routine starts to feel heavy. I find myself reaching for it often!
ConsThe scent is like men's toner...? There's a slight alcoholic smell mixed in.. It wasn't exactly a pleasant fragrance.

After using this for a few days, my skin texture noticeably improved. The packaging is so convenient - no need to open a cap and dispense the product, you can apply it directly to your skin. It's my first time using an ampoule in this form, which makes it even more user-friendly. Although it's pricey, I'm tempted to buy it because of how effectively it improves my complexion.
ConsThe scent... it's too artificial. It might be difficult to use for those sensitive to fragrances. The smell does dissipate after the initial application. The price... it feels a bit expensive.

But after using it, I found this design more convenient. ⭐️ Application It's slightly runny, which makes it glide on smoothly. When applied, it doesn't feel heavy on the skin. ⭐️ Absorption It absorbs reasonably well. After a while, it leaves a sort of firm, elastic feeling on the skin.
ConsUnfortunately, those are the only positives I can mention. To be honest, I couldn't use it more than three times - I really disliked it. First off, I'm quite sensitive to fragrances and prefer unscented products when possible, but this one has an overpowering artificial scent. Perhaps due to this fragrance, I experienced severe irritation. The first time I applied it, I developed numerous small blemishes and my face felt like it was burning. I couldn't wear makeup for days and only used toner in my skincare routine. At first, I wasn't sure if this product was the cause. When things calmed down, I tried it again, but the next day my skin was bumpy once more. It was truly shocking. Since I didn't pay for this myself, I won't say more, but I definitely can't recommend it to others. While my sensitivity might be a factor, based on my experience, those with sensitive skin should be extremely cautious, especially if you're sensitive to fragrances.
