However, it's not enough to cover your entire skincare routine on its own, and layering with a cream is a must. It might feel a bit dry when winter comes. As someone with super sensitive skin, I'm satisfied that this product doesn't cause any blemishes and feels good on my skin. I'll definitely keep using it happily. Also, many essences come with droppers, but this one doesn't, which makes it easier to apply!
ConsOne downside is that it stings a bit if it gets in your eyes, so I'm careful when applying it around the eye area. Another potential drawback, as I mentioned earlier, is that due to its hydrating formula, you need to layer it with additional skincare products. But I'm not sure if that's really a big issue. Also, the consistency is quite thin, so it tends to run. You need to apply it quickly after squeezing it onto your face, or it might drip.

However, as I've aged, my skin has become noticeably drier year by year. This winter was particularly harsh, with dead skin cells appearing around my nose, mouth, and chin, causing irritation and stinging. Even my usual skincare products started to cause severe discomfort. It was a first for me, and I felt both confused and pained. As a result, I decided to stop using all my regular skincare products, unsure which ingredient was causing the issue. That's when I was fortunate enough to be selected as a Hwahae Tester, giving me a chance to try this product. Convenience: The packaging is slim and elongated. Unlike typical ampoules that come in bottles with droppers, this one can be squeezed directly onto the skin, which is incredibly convenient. The cap fits securely, and the product volume is generous. Application: The texture is neither sticky nor runny. It absorbs well into the skin, leaving a moisturized finish without any stickiness. Skin Sensitivity: My biggest concern was potential irritation, given my sensitive skin. I've always been careful about ingredients, but as my skin became more sensitive and dry, even my usual products started to sting. Surprisingly, this product caused no irritation. I'm prone to redness and clogged pores, but this product seems to moisturize and calm my skin. Fragrance: It has a subtle scent reminiscent of high-end skincare (similar to Amore Pacific's Holiitual Essence). It's not artificial or overpowering, just a pleasant, subtle fragrance. Overall, I'm quite satisfied with this product. It's non-irritating, has a subtle scent, comes in a convenient and generous package, absorbs well without stickiness or slipperiness, and seems to firm up the skin. If I continue to have good results, I'll likely purchase it again.
ConsThere's a slight eye irritation. Also, the product container is quite long, which might make it difficult to fit into a makeup pouch. However, I noticed they do sell smaller travel-sized versions separately.
TipWhen my skin was particularly sensitive, I absolutely avoided exfoliating toners. When applying products, I didn't rub them in, but instead patted them gently with minimal pressure. I stopped using my usual cleansing foam and skincare products. Instead, I used this product along with Vaseline. Thanks to the generous size, I applied a liberal amount of the ampoule, let it absorb, then gently patted on Vaseline, paying extra attention to drier areas. This kept my skin from drying out and improved its condition by the next day. My skin felt moisturized and firmer. After doing this for about two days and seeing improvement in my skin's condition, I started using toner, this ampoule, cream, and then a thin layer of Vaseline.

Skin Type I have combination skin that feels very dry in winter. I'm not particularly sensitive, so I can use most cosmetics without issues. 2. Packaging I believe it's important for facial products to have clean containers and be easy to apply. This ampoule is much easier to use than others, which I appreciate! It's also great for maintaining hygiene. 3. Hydration I apply it after toner, and it feels just like aloe vera, so I've been using it as an aloe substitute. While it may not provide intense hydration, it's not bad when followed by a cream. *My routine: toner - this ampoule - vitamin C - cream 4. Panthenol, Cica, and Skin Texture Improvement I'm not sure if there's a noticeable improvement in skin texture... The concentration of these ingredients doesn't seem very high. It's best to think of it as an aloe vera alternative. 5. Absorption It doesn't absorb quickly, but by the time I've applied the ampoule and body emulsion, it's all absorbed into my skin.
ConsWhen I spread it all over my face, it stings if it gets into my eyes. That's a bit disappointing.
TipWhen your skin lacks hydration, you can apply it generously and it absorbs well.
