Sebum control: After two weeks of use, there's little to no effect in this area. While it can regulate hydration, it doesn't particularly control oil production.

Hydration: Offers a level of moisture similar to a toner.

Stickiness: Zero stickiness. Perhaps due to its higher water content than oil, there's no sticky or slippery feeling.

I'm not sure if it addresses deep dryness. It also doesn't seem to control sebum production very well.

Positive aspects: I absolutely loved that there was no irritation whatsoever. Due to the lack of skin irritation, I think both sensitive and combination skin types can use this without worry. Additionally, the formula itself applies moistly, absorbs well without being sticky, and has a fresh finish, making it a texture that's suitable for all skin types.
