  Pros

  It's a viscous gel with a snot-like consistency. The pointed cap makes it easy to control the amount. While twisting the cap to open is a bit of a hassle... It's gentle and suitable for sensitive skin with no irritation. The best part is that the hydration truly lasts long. During the changing seasons when my skin felt tight, applying this made it feel so comfortable~

  Cons

  It claims to balance oil and moisture, but usually such products absorb quickly. This one feels like it's sitting on top of the skin. While this contributes to long-lasting hydration, it felt a bit heavy on my oily skin. Despite being marketed for oil and moisture balance, it only provides hydration without controlling oil. My skin gets greasy too quickly. It feels like the moisture is just sitting on the surface rather than deeply hydrating. I thought it would be perfect for combination dehydrated skin, but it seems more suited for normal to dry skin types. For a gel type, it has minimal cooling effect too^^;

  First off, I was impressed by the packaging and container - it looked luxurious and unlike anything I've seen before! As someone with sensitive skin prone to deep dryness, I typically opt for products that focus on hydration rather than being too rich. I used this consistently for a week, both morning and evening, and I could really feel the boost in hydration. Looking at the ingredients, I was pleased to see it's free from harsh alcohols and artificial fragrances, making it suitable for super sensitive skin. True to its claims, I didn't experience any tingling or redness. What I particularly loved was how it prepped my skin for makeup, creating a smooth canvas that improved the adherence of my foundation. Overall, with its hydrating and soothing effects, I think this would be a great match for those with dry and sensitive skin types!

  While the hydration lasts quite well, it might not be quite enough on its own for those with extremely dry skin. Since it's not very rich, on particularly dry days you may need to layer it with a cream.

  Pros

  I've been using this ampoule exclusively after toner for a week to boost skin hydration. Please keep in mind that this test was conducted during winter. The absorption seems excellent. It sinks into the skin without any residue, leaving it smooth. Personally, I prefer a more plump skin texture, so the smooth finish was slightly disappointing. As for application, it has some viscosity but isn't sticky at all, feeling similar to applying a soothing gel. Containing Centella Asiatica extract, it's great for calming redness and irritated skin.

  While it definitely provides hydration, it lacks richness. I think it's best to finish with a cream on top for my skin type.
