Even with just one use, it effectively removed my makeup. It works hard to cleanse thoroughly.
ConsAlthough I don't have super sensitive skin, my face felt a burning sensation and tingling after use. I wouldn't recommend this for those with sensitive skin.
TipFor those with combination dehydrated skin or prone to blemishes, it's important to find a cleanser that balances effectiveness with gentleness. Always patch test new products to avoid potential allergic reactions.

It's gentle and removes makeup smoothly. During exam season, I decant some into a small container, making skincare possible anywhere!
ConsThere wasn't anything I disliked! However, for those whose skin finds even cotton pads irritating, using a gentle and nice cleansing foam might be a better option.

It's convenient to use - just apply it to a cotton pad and wipe. It effectively removes glowy makeup and mineral sunscreen without being harsh.
ConsBe careful not to get it in your eyes as it can cause a stinging sensation. While it seems to remove facial makeup well, when I tested it on bare skin with matte foundation, it didn't clean off completely. If you prefer long-lasting matte makeup or use products with strong pigments, you might find the cleansing effectiveness a bit lacking.

It doesn't sting if it gets in your eyes.
ConsThere's a bit of irritation, which seems to be an unavoidable drawback of cleansing waters.
TipTry putting it in a Daiso foam maker bottle and use it for cleansing - it's much gentler on the skin!

It's gentle I accidentally oversaturated the cotton pad, but even when it got in my eyes, there was no stinging! 2. It removes makeup effectively It took off mascara, mascara fixer, tint, and lipstick completely. There was virtually no residue left! For my skin, I usually wear sunscreen, cushion foundation, and concealer. After cleansing, there was minimal irritation and no sunscreen residue! *However, on days when my skin was super sensitive, I did feel some irritation. But I think this depends more on how hard you rub the cotton pad and your skin's condition, rather than the product itself. During the two weeks I used it, I found it gentle every time except once! - The scent wasn't strong or unpleasant, and it didn't bother me at all! - As someone with dry skin, it didn't leave my face feeling particularly hydrated after cleansing, but unlike many products that leave my skin feeling tight, this one didn't.
ConsThe formula is very liquid, so you need to be careful with the amount you use (don't press too hard!). But this isn't a major issue, just something to be mindful of.
TipThe brand recommends using a foam maker on days when your skin is particularly sensitive. (I think using it with toner in a foam maker would work well too!) Instead of immediately wiping your eyes with the soaked cotton pad, hold it on your eyes and lips for 3-5 seconds before wiping. This makes makeup removal much more effective.

Despite using it almost daily, I didn't experience any blemishes. Although it's a water-type cleanser, it effectively removed waterproof makeup and sunscreen without causing any skin issues, which really built my trust in the product. Moreover, my skin didn't feel tight after cleansing and maintained its hydration, making it suitable for dry skin types too! I think what I'm most satisfied with is how my skin feels moisturized rather than overly dry after use.
ConsIt worked really well for my combination dehydrated skin. I think the level of skin tightness after use might vary depending on individual skin conditions.
TipWhen using this product, you can further reduce irritation by dispensing the cleansing water into a foam dispenser (available even at Daiso!) and using it as a foam. However, this method seemed to decrease its cleansing effectiveness. Alternatively, saturating a cotton pad and gently wiping proved effective in removing sunscreen and makeup. For heavy makeup, it might be more thorough to first remove it with a dedicated makeup remover, then finish with this product for a complete cleanse.

The cleansing effectiveness was impressive! I could finish my routine without a second cleanse, and my skin still felt hydrated afterwards.
Cons- As it's a cleansing water, you need to apply it with a cotton pad. However, I felt it might cause irritation when wiping it across the skin, so those with super sensitive skin might prefer to pour some into their hands and apply it that way. - While the volume is generous, it's not a pump bottle, which made dispensing the product a bit inconvenient.

First off, it removes makeup incredibly well. Not only does it cleanse the skin thoroughly, but it also effectively removes eye makeup. It even takes off mascara so well that I didn't need to use a separate lip and eye remover. Despite its powerful cleansing effectiveness, it doesn't leave my skin feeling tight. I have dry skin and I'm particularly sensitive to eye irritation. However, after using Witch Factory's Cleansing Water on my made-up face, I've never experienced any skin tightness or eye discomfort. It's truly amazing how it can have such strong cleansing power without causing any dryness. (I don't intend to criticize other brands, but...) I used to use a product from a brand famous for its cleansing waters. That product was known for its ability to cleanse so well that you didn't need to wash your face afterward. However, this cleansing water from Witch Factory removes makeup even more effectively. The second great point is how gentle it is. There's no particular scent, and when I applied it to my skin, I immediately thought, 'This feels so mild.' I believe this sensation comes from the lack of irritation. I'm really satisfied with this product.
ConsThere's honestly nothing to complain about. It's been a long time since I've used a product I'm this satisfied with.

Texture - The consistency was watery and light. As someone sensitive to fragrances, I appreciated that there wasn't any noticeable scent. Although I haven't used it for long, it didn't cause any significant irritation to my skin, which was great. 2. Cleansing effectiveness - In the third photo, I tested it with Lilybyred tint and Heroine Make eyeliner on the back of my hand. It removed makeup surprisingly well, so it would be especially useful for stubborn areas like around the eyes or long-lasting tints! 3. Recommended skin types - Since it's neither too drying nor too oily, I'd recommend it for most skin types. However, if you have super sensitive skin or dry skin, make sure to follow up with a good moisturizer after cleansing.
ConsI didn't find any major drawbacks. I even appreciated the packaging, which showed efforts to reduce single-use materials.

My skin has been acting up, probably due to the spring season, and even my usual products were stinging when applied. However, this one feels gentle and doesn't cause any burning sensation, which is great. I can see why people say it's mild. In the same vein, it doesn't irritate my eyes when removing eye makeup, truly gentle indeed. The scent is almost fragrance-free, and it seems to remove makeup really well. I tried it on mascara, lipstick, and tint, and it cleaned everything off nicely. I don't have separate lip and mascara removers, so I used this alone. The quantity is generous, so it'll last a while. Although it's my first time using it, I feel like I could keep using this product.
ConsThere's nothing particularly disappointing, but it might be nice if the packaging came in a pump or press-to-dispense format.
TipAs many of you may know, for heavy makeup, it works better if you let it sit for a moment before wiping it off.
