I bought this in a rush while traveling, and I was pleasantly surprised! Even with just one use, it effectively removed my makeup. It works hard to cleanse thoroughly. Although I don't have super sensitive skin, my face felt a burning sensation and tingling after use. I wouldn't recommend this for those with sensitive skin. For those with combination dehydrated skin or prone to blemishes, it's important to find a cleanser that balances effectiveness with gentleness. Always patch test new products to avoid potential allergic reactions.

Even when used on sensitive skin, it washes off without any particular irritation. The fact that it does not have a cosmetic fragrance is also a plus. My skin is very oily and prone to excess sebum production. I often just apply sunscreen, so to gently double cleanse, I've tried using a cleansing water, which has worked really well. Cleansing with just a foam cleanser leaves behind the thick, slippery residue from the sunscreen, and double cleansing with oil seemed too harsh for my skin. The cleansing water effectively removes the initial layer of (mineral) sunscreen, so the second cleanse with a foam cleanser leaves my skin feeling thoroughly cleansed. I highly recommend trying a cleansing water as the first step for those of you who wear light makeup or just sunscreen like I do. There are no regrettable points. For those who apply foundation, I recommend milk or oil-based products rather than water-based ones. Cleansing water gives a very light cleansing feeling, so makeup may not be completely removed. I have sensitive skin that's prone to blemishes, but this product is so gentle that I've been able to use it regularly with great results! As someone with sensitive combination dehydrated skin, I'm pleased that this didn't cause any tingling or redness. I love the ingredients, and it has great cleansing effectiveness. I use it in a foaming dispenser, and it lathers up nicely. There's nothing particularly disappointing about this product. This is my holy grail toner! I usually only use oils, but when I occasionally use this, it's so gentle and cleanses so well. It's so refreshing I almost wanted to drink it! That's how good it is, haha! I can't think of any downsides to not recommend. There are no blemishes at all. Not just this product, but all Witch Factory items seem to have great quality for their price. I've been using this exclusively because of its great ingredients. Even my mom only uses this now. I bought a foaming dispenser to create a nice lather when using it. It cleanses well and I love its watery texture. It's quite effective at removing even heavy makeup and hard-to-reach areas. The scent wasn't quite to my liking. If it weren't for the fragrance, I'd have no complaints.
