Applying it when reapplying sunscreen is really great. Even though it is a mineral sunscreen, it also has the effect of making the skin feel soft and smooth after application, so if you have found a sunstick to use when reapplying sunscreen, I strongly recommend it.

There is so much I want to say, but let me start with the positive points. While it is a bit dry, it is still quite oily for my combination skin. My dry-skinned sister finds it too dry and doesn't feel it applies well. Also, it didn't work well with the lotion I was using. I was using an essence-type moisturizer, and even after a long time and multiple applications, it would just slide right off, like it was beading up. Other creams (like the Missha Cica Cream) were fine. The sliding issue was partly due to the sunscreen stick properties, but that wasn't the main reason I gave it 1 star. 

The main reason was that after using it well for a while, I started repurchasing it again in March, and that's when the issues came back. There was no irritation or anything, and I did finish the whole tube. But then I tried it again recently, as I had been using another sunscreen that was too sticky. I started using this one again in March, as I was taking my dog out for daily walks, and every time I was in the sun, my face would get so itchy, like mosquito bites, and it was unbearable - I'd scratch it badly, leaving my face irritated and painful when washing. 

I thought it was just sun allergy, as my mom has struggled with that, so I kept using it. But then my mom tried it and broke out in 10 pimples overnight, so she stopped. I tried a sample of another sunscreen, and there were no issues in the sun, so it seems this product just doesn't agree with my skin anymore, even though it used to work well. I didn't have the same severe breakout as my mom, just the intense itchiness and redness. But it's a good lesson that even trusted products can suddenly become incompatible, especially for sensitive skin types. The sliding issue was also problematic, as I had stocked up on it, thinking I'd use it on my body too. Luckily, it seems to be a product issue, not a sun allergy, which is a relief.

As expected of the Hwahae sun stick, there was no stickiness at all and it was great. It finishes with a powdery, non-greasy feel.

The Sunstick seems to be slightly more expensive than other products.

Summer is easy and good to use. The sunstick is lightweight and convenient to use.

Right after application, there may be a slight sense of tightness, but as time passes, it adheres smoothly without any tightness whatsoever!!!

This is really crazy ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ When I put on sunscreen, a lot of oil comes up on my forehead and nose, but this one is completely matte the moment I put it on ㅠㅠㅠ It feels like it's absorbing the oil that comes out over time, so there's much less oil than when I use other sun sticks!!!! I think it would be good for those with oily skin! It definitely seems to produce less oil, so my bangs don't get as greasy!

Using oil paper before use really makes the softness last for a long time.

It's not so much disappointing as it is natural, but if you apply it several times, it tends to develop a slightly sticky feel.

🚨It's highly recommended for oily skin types, but if you have dry skin, don't use it.. The matte texture will make you feel extremely dry!

It was so comfortable and nice to just twist and swipe it on! Applying sunscreen with my hands outside was messy, and having to wipe my hands and then apply cream sunscreen was a hassle, but with the Yui-k sunscreen stick, I could just swipe it on smoothly without any issues!

You know you're supposed to apply sunscreen on your neck too, right?? But when you apply it on your neck, it gets on your clothes and leaves a weird sticky residue... It's so inconvenient...
But since this is a powdery type and in stick form, I could just swipe it on without it feeling like I missed any spots!

The packaging is so cute ㅜㅠㅠ It's like a little wind-up mechanism, so when I apply it outside, people always ask me what it is ㅋㅋㅋ Thanks to that, I got to be like a little sales rep and keep promoting it ㅋㅋ

✅Powdery Texture
Other sunscreen sticks out there are all so greasy, sliding around like butter, which is so unpleasant. But the Yui-k one is truly powdery! It has a dry-touch finish, so there's no uncomfortable tightness, just a nice powdery feel on the surface. Great!

✅Pore Care
I saw on YouTube that the reason pores get bigger is because of excess oil production, and you can't really wash your face outside, right?? But this has a function to help control excessive sebum production, so it definitely makes me less oily. Highly recommended!
