  The packaging is absolutely dreadful. It's too easy for water to get in, making it inconvenient to use. It's also unnecessarily bulky, taking up a lot of space despite not having that much product. The spatula it comes with isn't user-friendly either. Causes eye irritation and blurred vision. No improvements to the container, and I'll switch to a better alternative if one comes along. For now though, I reluctantly plan to repurchase...

  Removes makeup effectively and I've been using it for years! No need for separate lip and eye removers - this one does it all. Gentle on the face with no irritation. Unlike lip and eye removers that can sting or cause a burning sensation, and require cotton pads or swabs creating waste, this doesn't have those issues. It's an all-in-one solution! Super convenient. (Plus, I don't have to use a separate facial oil and then remove that too - less hassle.) For travel, I just pour a bit into an empty contact lens case and I'm good to go.

  Hmm... Having to wipe the spatula after each use? Being careful not to get water in it? Since I'll be using it again, I want to keep it as clean as possible...
