  The cleansing power is really great And the blackheads and whiteheads disappear well!!!!

  The cleansing power is really, really good, but my skin barrier has completely broken down, and I've even developed some acne on my forehead and oily nose. However, my cheeks have become reddened with intense flushing and redness. It's almost like an allergic reaction. It also stung a lot - when I leave it alone, I can feel the heat on my skin in real-time, and any moisturizer, serum, or lotion I apply is incredibly painful, like I've overused a retinol product. I definitely won't be purchasing anything for sensitive skin, and even if it's not marketed that way, I'll need to be very careful about the ingredients. I think I'll only use it occasionally on my nose and forehead to remove excess oil, but overall, I'm quite disappointed.

  If you really want to use this, please don't double cleanse. After using this, be sure to apply a hydrating ampoule or barrier cream. Otherwise, you'll end up like me. Haha...

  But oh boy... after using this, my skin went haywire. I don't even have particularly sensitive skin - I can usually scrub off my makeup with cleansing pads without any issues. However, with this balm formula, you need to massage it in for a few minutes. By day two, something felt off, and by day three, my skin completely rebelled. The area around my mouth became inflamed and it was chaos. I spent a whole week trying to soothe my poor skin. It's heartbreaking...

  Tip

  The jar packaging is a bit disappointing as you need to use a spatula. If it works well for you, I hope you'll use it thoroughly and enjoy it. As for me, I'm too scared to use it again, so it's just sitting there untouched.
