The Airenol Bare Face Cream 2.0 is perfect for skin tones 22 and above, and I highly recommend it for those with slightly darker complexions like mine. It's especially great for those concerned with redness or flushing! It provides natural coverage while making your skin look healthier. The texture is smooth and hydrating, absorbing well into the skin without any dryness. Thanks to this, I can confidently apply it quickly in the morning and head out with a brighter complexion. I strongly recommend the Airenol Bare Face Cream for anyone looking for a natural, bare-faced makeup look! It matches my skin tone well and I have no complaints! It's become my daily go-to product. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinOct 8, 2024
This has been a huge help for my dehydrated, sensitive, acne-prone skin that usually can't handle foundation! It provides just the right amount of coverage while brightening my complexion, leaving my skin looking fresh. I've never experienced any blemishes from it, and the sun protection is excellent - my skin has actually improved! There wasn't really anything I disliked about it! It barely darkened my skin, and even in the peak of summer, it kept oil at bay. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinJun 10, 2024
Hello! This is a review from someone with blemish-prone, sensitive, and combination dehydrated skin. My skin type is prone to blemishes as soon as it gets even slightly dry, so I usually finish my skincare routine with a rich cream after applying hydrating products. I've now found a bit of skin stability, so blemishes don't appear as often. My usual skincare routine is as follows: [Morning: Water cleanse or low pH cleansing foam - exfoliating toner - essence - sunscreen - base makeup] [Evening: Cleansing oil - exfoliating toner (toner pad) - essence - cream] Product Review: Natural brightening effect / Adequate coverage / Slightly rich texture / Absorbs well / No eye irritation Unlike typical white-cast brightening sunscreens, the Ailenol sunscreen has an apricot color. Personally, I strongly disliked regular brightening moisturizers because they lack coverage, are too white, and seem to make pigmentation and blemishes stand out more. However, this sunscreen feels like a mix between a sunscreen and a BB cream. It adheres beautifully to skin with a complexion around shade 21, giving a radiant finish! A few hours after application, I noticed a slight shine, probably due to my oily skin. However, it didn't break down unattractively or feel excessively oily. Instead, it gave a glowing effect that I found quite satisfying! I'm so pleased with it that I'd definitely repurchase when I run out! Drawbacks... so far? There aren't any. Both my mom and I are extremely satisfied with it! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinJun 10, 2024
The best part is that this brightening moisturizer with SPF is so hydrating! I used to love Dr. G's tone-up sunscreen, but it was too powdery and drying, especially in fall and winter. The Ailenol sunscreen has just the right amount of richness, spreads easily, and keeps my skin feeling moisturized - I'm really impressed! It doesn't pill even when I apply cushion foundation over it. The color is a natural, neutral tone that works well. It's a bit dark for my 21 shade skin, but it doesn't look too dark once applied as it blends seamlessly, naturally evening out my complexion. I'd recommend this shade for those who are 22 or darker. It might be a bit rich for use in the height of summer. When you sweat, it seems to melt away. You'll definitely need powder in summer! However, I like that it doesn't break down in a messy, patchy way. The shade is a bit dark for me, so I'm planning to try the 1.0 when the weather gets warmer. I gave the 2.0 to my mom who's a shade 23, and she's satisfied with how it evens her skin tone and feels on her skin. I love applying it in two thin layers using a spatula - it spreads evenly and looks great! - Hwahae UserDry SkinJun 10, 2024
This is the ultimate choice for those no-makeup days! For those with dry skin, it's easy to apply with just your hands after basic skincare, and I hardly felt any deep dryness. That was a major plus for me. Considering it's a no-foundation look, this one product was enough for 'improving skin texture + evening out skin tone'. Of course, it won't cover dark spots completely, but that's to be expected. I've attached a photo taken with a regular phone camera, no touch-ups! There weren't any real downsides for me, but those with oily skin might find it a bit rich. If that's the case, just lightly pat down any excess after application. More of a pro tip than a downside - when I mixed this with foundations that were too matte and felt like a mistake, it helped cover that awful dry feeling. It also does a great job covering blemishes! - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinJun 10, 2024
As someone who's tried various brightening moisturizers and sunscreens, I'm quite picky and have sensitive skin. I'm a big fan of Airenol products, so my expectations were high for this one. Texture: The consistency is just right - not too thick or runny. It applies with a nice moisturizing feel and finishes with a soft, matte touch. You can apply it with your fingers or a puff, both work well. Color: I have sensitive, dry skin with a yellow undertone (shade 22). While it looked a bit dark on my hand at first, it brightens my complexion perfectly when applied to my face. The color is more of a foundation shade, rather than pink or yellow-based. Coverage: I've always thought there's a limit to how much a brightening sunscreen can cover, and the high-coverage ones were often too matte for me. This product, however, offers great coverage without being overly matte. It even helps reduce redness around my nose. Scent: It's not unscented, but has a typical sunscreen fragrance that isn't overwhelming. Finish: While it does set to a soft, matte finish, as someone with dry skin, I noticed it became slightly drying over time and emphasized dead skin cells. A bit more attention to skincare prep might help. It's a comfortable sunscreen for summer use. Darkening: Initially, it brightens and covers well, but like a BB cream, it tends to darken and tone down as time passes. This slight darkening effect is a bit disappointing for standalone use. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAtopy SkinSensitive SkinJun 10, 2024
Wow, I'm so impressed with the Irenol Bare Face Sunscreen! It covers my dark spots flawlessly while giving my skin a beautiful, natural look. It's like magic - it even adjusts to match my skin tone perfectly. When I want a light, natural makeup look, this product is exactly what I need. The texture is so moisturizing and incredibly smooth. It finishes with a matte look that doesn't get greasy, making it perfect for summer. Even with my dry skin, I didn't experience any dryness at all! As someone with sensitive, dry skin, this product works perfectly for me without causing any irritation. It's definitely on my repurchase list when I run out! - Hwahae UserDry SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinJun 10, 2024
1. It does a pretty good job at correcting redness. Feels like it really evens out the complexion. 2. Has a nice texture that absorbs well without feeling excessively dry. 1. If you apply too much or incorrectly, it can cause pilling when you put on makeup afterwards, which is troublesome... 2. For a sunscreen, it feels a bit heavy on the skin...? - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinJun 9, 2024
The foundation had an incredibly hydrating formula. It had a slightly bouncy texture. I was pleased that it was fragrance-free. The application was smooth - it glided on effortlessly without any patchiness, just like applying a cream. I'm satisfied that I could wear it all day at work without feeling any dryness. It's truly a 'bare skin' cream. As the name suggests, it doesn't provide coverage. Think of it more as a tinted sunscreen for a natural look. The shade seems closer to 23 than 22. If you have fair skin, I recommend going for the lighter option. For those in between, try the 22 shade and mix it with a brightening product. After using just the product for two days, it gave me a healthy complexion. However, as work wore on, it faded. So I tried mixing it 1:1 with my brightening moisturizer. This combination not only evened my skin tone but also gave me a clear, radiant look, which I love. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinJun 9, 2024
It absorbs quite naturally. At first, I thought the color would be too intense and apply thickly, but it wasn't as awkward as I expected. The color and absorption are really like a BB cream texture. Among the brightening moisturizers with SPF on the market, I think this is a well-made product with good brightening effects, no skin irritation, and high sun protection. Even those with dry skin can use it without experiencing dryness or patchiness. You need to blend it quite diligently. It unfortunately accentuates pores quite a bit. If you have large pores and are concerned about this, you might want to apply a primer before using this product. You need to blend it quite diligently.
