  Pros

  I'd like to highlight two main points: 1. Performance It effectively removes makeup, leaving skin clean. I feel like about 10% remains, especially with sunscreen. That's why I usually follow up with a second cleanse. 2. Spoon Provided & Hygienic Spoon Holder The spoon holder design really impressed me. While it's common to have a spoon that fits into the top of the container, this one has an inward-folding part that securely holds the spoon in place. This deserves praise. I've had issues with some products where the spoon doesn't stay put, which can be quite inconvenient. Since then, how well a product secures its spoon or spatula has become a deciding factor in whether I like it or not.

  Cons

  1. Blemishes I heard it was less irritating than oil cleansers, but maybe because I have super sensitive skin and a damaged skin barrier, I experienced some blemishes after using this... It just seems like an average product to me.

  Pros

  Among cleansing balms, this one felt the gentlest. It's likely to suit those who find it compatible with their skin.

  Cons

  Unfortunately, even this gentle formula doesn't agree with my skin. Being a balm, it definitely made my skin worse. I'm even getting some deep blemishes... It's disappointing, so I only use it for removing lip and eye makeup now.
