  Works well for skin types between dry and combination dehydrated. Doesn't leave skin feeling dry after cleansing. Seems suitable as a first-step cleanser. Cleansing effectiveness is moderate compared to Etude's famous mascara fixer.

  Despite claims of no eye irritation, I was shocked by how severely it stung my eyes. Be extremely careful - if you accidentally open your eyes while cleansing, you'll experience intense burning. It's truly only suitable for first-step cleansing and doesn't effectively remove foundation or mascara. If you're wearing sunscreen and makeup, a second cleanse is absolutely necessary. Also, it runs out quickly. If it had higher cleansing power with less product, I might have reached for it more often.

  I've always found cleansing oils inconvenient as they drip off my palms when pumped from the container. But this jelly-type cleanser stays put on my hands until I apply it to my face, making it so easy to use! It has the same cleansing effectiveness as oil, but without leaving any greasy residue. Plus, it doesn't cause any deep dryness on my skin!

  The scent was somewhat familiar yet strange, and I personally didn't find it appealing. However, it disappears right after cleansing, so it wasn't off-putting.

  Tip

  It's a bit much to use this as your only cleanser. Make sure to follow up with a foam cleanser for a thorough double cleanse!

This is the ultimate moisturizing cleanser. My skin usually feels tight after cleansing, but with this product, that sensation is noticeably reduced. It's fantastic! The only downside is that it can feel a bit slippery, which is a minor inconvenience. It's a gentle cleanser with a lightweight formula. I've often found cleansing oils and balms to feel heavy, but this product feels incredibly light, without that typical oily sensation. Apart from some eye sensitivity, it caused minimal irritation, which I really appreciate.

  Eye sensitivity... I heard this product was gentle on the eyes, but for someone with sensitive eyes like me, it still caused quite a bit of discomfort. Because of this, I ended up removing eye makeup separately and avoiding using the product around my eyes. Cleansing power could be better. Perhaps due to its lightweight formula, it doesn't effectively remove waterproof products without a separate makeup remover. I was also a bit disappointed with its ability to clear blackheads. Additionally, it leaves behind more residue than I'd like, which is somewhat frustrating.

  First off, this formula caused absolutely zero irritation to my super sensitive skin. It comes out as a bouncy gel texture that turns slightly oily as you massage it in. Personally, I find the hydration level to be incredible - which can be both a pro and a con. Above all, the ingredients are fantastic - panthenol, jojoba seed oil, sunflower seed oil... ingredient-wise, it's nearly top-tier! The product size is also great for travel since you can finish cleansing with just one pump.

  The texture feels quite heavy, and with that level of richness, I expected it to remove makeup extremely well. Unfortunately, it seems to only effectively remove basic sun care products and eyebrow makeup.

The jelly texture was supposed to transform into oil, but it felt like I was just rubbing jelly around. Even after rinsing with water, my skin felt slippery, which was disappointing as it wasn't what I expected. The next day, while removing makeup, I had a completely different experience that made me reconsider. Whether it was due to my skin's warmth or not, the product melted easily and transformed into oil, allowing for smooth cleansing. Subsequent uses were consistently good, with the product melting easily and removing makeup effortlessly, making me wonder why my initial experience was so different. I don't use waterproof products, so I couldn't assess its effectiveness on those, but it removed my mineral sunscreen, BB cream, and cushion foundation well. (The instructions recommend using a dedicated remover for waterproof products before using this cleanser.) After cleansing, the slight slippery residue seems designed to allow for a non-irritating cleanse. It wasn't bothersome, and I stopped noticing it after a while. The level of slipperiness was similar to that of low pH cleansers that protect the skin barrier. Since oil residue usually causes blemishes for me, I typically do a second cleanse, but with this product, my skin didn't feel dry, which was a plus. In terms of gentleness, this was the least irritating among all the oils I've used. While you can feel it if it gets in your eyes, the sensation is mild enough that you don't have to stop mid-cleanse to rinse your eyes. I used to dislike oil cleansers because they drip, so I'd use cleansing milk or wipes instead. However, cleansing milk doesn't manage sebum well, and wipes can be too harsh. The non-drip jelly texture of this product is a huge advantage - it manages sebum like an oil cleanser but with less irritation. In conclusion, I think I'll use up the whole bottle.

  This is a review from The Hwahae Testers. I have sensitive, dehydrated yet oily skin. Despite being an oil cleanser, it's not heavy and doesn't cause irritation, yet it cleanses thoroughly! After washing, my skin doesn't feel dry but pleasantly moisturized! My skin is prone to blemishes even with the slightest incompatibility, but this didn't cause any - I'm very satisfied!! It emulsifies well, so I'm happy with its cleansing effectiveness.

  There's nothing to complain about except for the high price. I'll have to keep an eye out for discounts.

  It works even better when used with a Daiso silicone brush.

The way to use the container was also innovative to me. The cream-like texture transforms into an oil as you gently massage it, and I could feel my sebum dissolving. The formula doesn't run, making it easy to apply on the face. After cleansing, I loved how my skin felt moisturized without any tightness. Since I usually wear light makeup, this product alone was sufficient for cleansing. However, on occasions when I wore heavy point makeup, I needed to use a lip and eye remover followed by a foam cleanser for thorough cleansing. The scent is subtly pleasant, which I personally like.

  As I tend to use generous amounts, I find the volume disappointing for the price. That's why I'm deducting one star.

  1. A completely new texture - This oil has a totally different texture from any I've used before. It's literally like jelly! I've been using the Dear, Klairs Fundamental Watery Oil Drop, and this cleansing oil feels exactly like that. Maybe that's why it feels so moisturizing. Its rich consistency seems to remove makeup even more effectively. I'm completely satisfied with the texture! 2. Quick emulsification - The first thing I look for in a cleansing oil is how well it emulsifies, and this one emulsifies as soon as it touches water. To be honest, I was skeptical at first, thinking 'How can something this rich emulsify?' But it really does cleanse thoroughly.
