The product design is sleek and luxurious, which I love. I've tried oil, balm, and water cleansers before, but this was my first time using a gel. I don't often use oil cleansers because they leave a slightly greasy finish even after double cleansing with foam. I usually prefer cleansing water. What I loved most is that the jelly texture doesn't run like regular cleansing oils, making for a neat cleansing experience! As you massage it in, it transforms into an oil, but it wasn't particularly irritating. Compared to other oil products I've used, the finish felt less greasy. Rather than feeling sticky or slippery from residual oil, it just leaves your skin feeling slightly moisturized. However, as I have combination dehydrated skin, I still followed up with a foam cleanser for double cleansing. I'm pleased that this product didn't cause any blemishes.
ConsWhile it seems to remove sunscreen and light cushion foundation well, it struggled a bit with waterproof eyeliner. When I tried to thoroughly remove eye makeup, it stung slightly if it got into my eyes. I'd recommend using a separate lip and eye makeup remover for point makeup. I'd suggest using this on days when you're not wearing heavy makeup.

The sleek and luxurious design put me in a great mood as soon as I opened it. It really gives off that high-end cosmetics vibe I love. This is the ultimate moisturizing cleanser. My skin usually feels tight after cleansing, but with this product, that sensation is noticeably reduced. It's fantastic! The only downside is that it can feel a bit slippery, which is a minor inconvenience. It's a gentle cleanser with a lightweight formula. I've often found cleansing oils and balms to feel heavy, but this product feels incredibly light, without that typical oily sensation. Apart from some eye sensitivity, it caused minimal irritation, which I really appreciate.
ConsEye sensitivity... I heard this product was gentle on the eyes, but for someone with sensitive eyes like me, it still caused quite a bit of discomfort. Because of this, I ended up removing eye makeup separately and avoiding using the product around my eyes. Cleansing power could be better. Perhaps due to its lightweight formula, it doesn't effectively remove waterproof products without a separate makeup remover. I was also a bit disappointed with its ability to clear blackheads. Additionally, it leaves behind more residue than I'd like, which is somewhat frustrating.

I didn't have to rush through the cleansing process. ➰ Hygienic The pump dispenser is a great hygienic feature. I've tried cleansing balms before, but scooping product from a jar felt a bit unsanitary and inconvenient. This product is simply press-and-use, making it both convenient and hygienic. ➰ Ingredients The gentle ingredients didn't cause any blemishes. It's suitable for all skin types, which is another plus!
ConsIf you're looking for a more powerful cleanse, you might find this slightly disappointing. For waterproof products, you'll likely need a separate makeup remover. While double cleansing is still recommended, it's not as effective as cleansing oils for removing blackheads or excess sebum. The cleansing power leaves a bit to be desired. However, with its gentle ingredients and convenient texture, it would be ideal to alternate this with other cleansers.
TipI recommend alternating this with cleansing oils or cleansing balms. And don't forget to double cleanse!

Packaging design The luxurious and clean design is a joy to look at! The beautiful packaging also makes it a great gift option.
ConsTexture While using, the gel-like texture didn't run, but after repeated emulsification, it inevitably dripped down my arms. This aspect didn't feel particularly distinctive, which was a bit disappointing. Cleansing effectiveness It easily removes light sunscreen or BB cream, but for tints or shimmery eyeshadows, a separate makeup remover was still necessary.

Most cleansing oils have an oily consistency, but this one has a cream-like texture. I really like this! When it's too liquid, it can be inconvenient as it runs while rolling on the face... This product, being cream-like, doesn't run, so you can apply it precisely where you want. It's great!
ConsThere are no downsides. However, a second cleanse (with foam cleanser) is essential after using this! For heavy makeup (mascara, pearl glitter, dark eyeliner), a second cleanse is a must, but for light makeup, this alone is sufficient!!!

Texture: It starts with a soothing cream feel, then amazingly transforms into an oil when you rub it in. What's great is that it becomes a lightweight oil, not a heavy one. One of the downsides of cleansing oils is that lingering feeling even after washing your face, making you want to cleanse again and again. This one doesn't leave that typical oily residue, which is fantastic. If you've only applied sunscreen and don't want to bother with foam or oil cleansers, this could be your go-to. Scent: Fragrance-free (which I actually prefer) Hydration: With the weather suddenly shifting from summer to dry, my skin got confused and started flaking. I loved that this cleanser provided hydration while cleansing. Usually with foam cleansers, my face feels tight and I rush to apply emulsion, but this kept my skin relatively moisturized. For those with atopic dermatitis: Me: I have it around my eyes There was no burning sensation, so don't worry about using it. I'm very satisfied with the ingredients. Just don't rub too hard - be gentle.
ConsAs mentioned above, it doesn't remove color cosmetics, mascara, eyeliner, or products with glitter very well. You'll need to use a separate makeup remover for those first.
TipThis seems ideal for daily use by those who only wear sunscreen or don't use color cosmetics, rather than as a makeup remover.

The texture is exactly as described - a jelly-like, bouncy soothing gel. Unlike oils, it doesn't run at all, which I loved! I usually prefer balm types because I dislike runny oils, but I quite enjoyed this jelly texture! Contrary to what I expected, it seemed to remove makeup quite well, and there was no deep dryness after cleansing! Overall, it's a pretty good product.
ConsThe scent is similar to kombu, but to me it felt more like a woody, tree-like smell? As someone who doesn't enjoy woody fragrances, I found this a bit disappointing! While it removes regular makeup quite well, it struggled a bit with waterproof mascara. The process of dissolving and emulsifying the makeup took a little longer than expected. If you prefer a squeaky clean feeling, you'll definitely need to follow up with a second cleanse! Lastly, while I usually use cleansing oils or balms for blackhead management, this product isn't suitable for that purpose. It felt like it barely did anything for sebum control.

The jelly texture was a novel experience for me, and I was impressed by how smoothly it glides during application. Thanks to its unique formulation, it emulsifies easily, making the cleansing process effortless. What truly amazed me was how gentle it is around the eyes - unlike other cleansers that can cause cloudiness or stinging, this one caused almost no irritation. Post-cleanse, my skin felt comfortable with minimal tightness. The packaging design is a standout feature, making it an excellent gift option. Some even mistook it for a hand sanitizer, which speaks to its sleek appearance!
ConsThe cleansing effectiveness for point makeup removal is slightly underwhelming. Eye liner, in particular, requires thorough emulsification to be removed properly. While it doesn't provide perfect removal, I'm satisfied with its cleansing power when used in conjunction with a separate lip and eye makeup remover. After using it for two weeks, I noticed the quantity feels a bit small. In my opinion, unless a cleanser causes blemishes, the battle often comes down to product volume.

Due to its gentle ingredients and the fact that a second cleanse isn't necessary despite being an oil cleanser, I strongly recommend this for ❣️dry to sensitive❣️ skin types. ✅ Jelly > Oil > Milk > Emulsification, followed by a moisturizing finish I was curious about why it's called a jelly cleanser. When first dispensed, it comes out as a thick emulsion (it won't drip!), but amazingly transforms into an oil-like consistency when massaged onto the skin. Use it like a cleansing oil by adding a bit of water while massaging, and it will emulsify. After about a minute of facial massage, rinse off with lukewarm water for a thorough cleanse. Unlike typical cleansing oils, the initial jelly-like texture doesn't run down your face, making it incredibly comfortable and pleasant to use! As someone with dry skin, I usually feel tightness after using oil and foam cleansers. However, this product is gentle, and doesn't leave oily residue after emulsification, allowing for a complete cleanse without a second step. ✅ Low irritation, fragrance-free, excellent hydration It's rare to expect hydration from cleansing products, but this one is remarkably moisturizing. Unlike some oils that can easily irritate skin, this product doesn't. The fact that a second cleanse isn't necessary proves this point! True to its vegan certification, the ingredients are gentle, making it suitable for sensitive skin. ✅ Appropriate cleansing power It has just the right amount of cleansing power. For full makeup, I recommend using a dedicated cleansing water for lip and eye makeup before using this. As I wear light makeup, eye cleanser alone was sufficient for me! It's perfectly capable of removing sunscreen and light makeup. ✅ Highly recommended for travel Surprisingly, it has a pump lock on the cap and isn't too large, making it perfect for travel without needing to decant.
ConsFor full makeup, it's difficult to expect perfect cleansing. You need to pump about 3 times per use, so despite its small size, you'll notice the product being used up quickly.
TipFor full makeup, first use a lip and eye remover for initial cleansing, then follow up with this product. The gentle ingredients allow for extended massage without discomfort. Make sure to massage thoroughly both when it's in oil form and during emulsification.

Cons- The thick consistency takes about 30 seconds to melt, making it feel stiff when rolling, which doesn't make me reach for it often - Though my skin barrier has improved recently, the thin skin on my cheeks becomes slightly red after cleansing. Those with sensitive skin should patch test first - It seems less effective at removing waterproof makeup. Pen liners require more rubbing compared to other oil cleansers - The raw ingredient scent is a bit unpleasant
