A major advantage is that you can mix them in various ratios depending on your skin condition. The serum feels like a thin gel cream, absorbs well with instant hydration. The cream has a jojoba oil scent and forms a moisturizing barrier, giving the impression of locking in moisture. The finish doesn't feel oily, but rather adequately moist with a hydrated feel, making it suitable even for oily skin types without being too heavy.
ConsIt's too heavy to use in summer and tends to be on the expensive side.

Usually, I have to layer oil right after applying cream to soothe my skin. Fortunately, I'm using jojoba oil, which is gentle for acne-prone skin. What I love about this product is that it creates a protective barrier by applying the powerful hydrating hyaluronic acid followed by a cream-type oil! When I apply it in the evening, I'm amazed to find my skin still feels soft and velvety in the morning, just like the unique texture of oil. I keep thinking, 'This is great! This is really great!'
ConsIt feels like the amount is slightly on the smaller side, but it's perfect for evening home care routines! It's also great that you can test whether it suits your skin or not.
TipTo use the oil cream, gently warm it in your hands to raise its temperature, then apply it all over your face as if you're wrapping your skin. This method reduces irritation from applying cream twice and comfortably opens up the pores to absorb nutrients.

Oil-free finish Overall, I loved how it leaves a fresh, oil-free finish. 2. Ample hydration While many oil-free products lack moisture or feel drying, this one provides sufficient hydration and lasting moisture. 3. Included spatula I appreciated that the spatula is built into the product, so there's no need to prepare one separately. You can just grab the product and go.
ConsIt's also a positive point, but the product is filled to the brim, which means some gets on the protective cap, making it a bit inconvenient to use.

The hydration is truly amazing. It seems like an essential product for this weather. I've been layering various products to combat dryness, but this one is great because it replenishes both oil and moisture together. I thought the little granules might be bothersome, but they spread easily and absorb right away as you apply. I'm very satisfied with its moisturizing capabilities.
ConsThe scent might be hit or miss for some people. It's hard to describe... maybe like fresh leaves? I'm not a big fan, but it's only noticeable during application and dissipates quickly. It's not an overpowering fragrance, so it's generally inoffensive.

First off, I love that there are two types, allowing me to adjust the amount and mix the ratios according to my skin's condition. The Glacier Hyaluronic Ultra Moisture Barrier keeps my skin hydrated, while the Jojoba Seed Oil Capsule Ultra Moisturizer creates a dewy, moisturized finish. With the current dry weather, I find mixing the Jojoba moisturizing cream in a 2:1 ratio works wonders. Applying the inner serum first, followed by the outer cream, seems to be a great routine.
ConsGiven my extremely dry skin, especially during these dry, windy winter months, I need more richness. I wish the outer cream had a higher proportion in the mix.
TipI've found it's best to apply the inner cream first, let it absorb, and then follow with the outer cream. The ability to adjust the amounts based on your skin's condition makes it possible to use the product effectively.

ConsPackaging - The container has a lid you open and then lift a seal? It's inconvenient... The seal is difficult to lift, and if you're not careful, both products can mix on the lid... Price - It feels a bit expensive for what you get Since it seems like a trial product, the amount seems small... Both sides of the container are less than half full
Tip1. The packaging box shows ratios suitable for different skin types You can adjust the ratio to suit your skin 2. When opening the product, lift the seal slowly to avoid mixing the two products on the lid...

Hydration: It's perfect for dry winter skin! The jojoba oil ingredient delivers both moisture and elasticity in one go, penetrating deep into the skin. Packaging: Having both serum and cream in one container is genius - it's ideal for travel. Whoever thought of splitting the container in half for serum and cream is brilliant! Richness: As someone with combination skin who dislikes excessive oiliness, this product hits the sweet spot. It's going to be my go-to for combating dry skin this winter.
ConsThe serum feels quite matte even on my skin, so it might be too drying for those with very dry skin types.
TipFor the best results, try applying the serum and cream together using a rolling motion - it's an unbeatable combination!

The package design was simple and gave a clean impression. My skin type is dry, and with winter making it even drier, I needed a moisturizing product - this was just perfect. It's great that you can mix it with essence and adjust according to your skin type. It's extremely hydrating. There were no issues with blemishes on my skin as some had mentioned. After using it for a while, I did notice quite a few drawbacks, which is disappointing.
ConsThe lid doesn't close properly. If you try to close it quickly, it tends to misalign. That's the only issue, everything else is good. The lid is really inconvenient... Also, the design and style are too similar to other brands' products. With continued use, I found that its lasting power is quite poor. It doesn't absorb well into the skin. It's disappointing. As the weather got colder, either it absorbs less or just lacks moisture, because my skin quickly becomes dry. It's really too drying... It's falling short in its role as a cream.

As someone with dry skin who finds both overly hydrating and overly rich products excessive, this was a good choice for me. The scent has a slightly fresh, herbal aroma that lingers subtly.
ConsIs there anything to dislike besides the hassle of opening the lid? Jar-type packaging always seems to come with hygiene concerns and inconvenience.
TipI use it by mixing the two in roughly a 1:1 ratio, or by applying the blue serum first, followed by the cream.

Especially during seasonal changes, my skin becomes even more sensitive and dry, so I was looking for a product that could maintain hydration without irritation. Then I was lucky enough to be selected for the Kyul House Jojoba Serum and Cream trial, and here's my honest review after using them for about 10 days. The serum has an incredibly lightweight, watery texture. When applied, it feels silky rather than oily and absorbs quickly. I particularly liked how it absorbed without any stickiness, and it felt like it created a light protective barrier on my skin. The cream has a soft, creamy texture and contains jojoba oil, making it perfect for protecting dry skin in winter. When using both products together, I felt like they added layers of moisture to my skin, keeping it hydrated all day long.
ConsThe downside of the half-and-half cream is that the serum part runs out quickly. It can't be helped, but a 60-40 ratio instead of 50-50 would be more appropriate.
TipI highly recommend the Kyul House Jojoba Serum and Cream for those with dry and atopic skin. They were effective in moisturizing and soothing without causing irritation, and offer beneficial ingredients and a pleasant texture for those with sensitive skin. If you're struggling with dry and sensitive skin, especially in winter, I definitely suggest giving these products a try!
