It's moisturizing without being sticky and absorbs well into the skin. The quantity is a bit small, so I'd use it up too quickly if I applied it all over my body. To make it last, I focus on applying it to rough patches here and there, while using my regular body emulsion elsewhere. Though I haven't seen major changes yet, the skin feels softer, and I think it'll improve with continued use.
ConsThe scent is a bit... well, it has a sour smell that sometimes reminds me of ammonia. I really don't like the fragrance at all. Also, if you have super sensitive skin, be cautious. While my body skin isn't particularly sensitive, I applied it generously to my neck area, which is slightly rough like goosebumps. Big mistake! It caused stinging, itching, and even swelling with redness. Even after not applying anything for two days, it's still itchy. I've seen people mention using it on their face - please be very careful! Interestingly, the parts of my arms and legs where I applied it had no adverse reactions. It seems you need to be extra cautious when using this on more delicate areas of skin.

While many reviews mentioned an unpleasant scent, I personally found it to be almost fragrance-free. Overall, I noticed my skin became smoother. I believe it also helped with my keratosis pilaris.
ConsThe absorption isn't great. Even with continued rubbing, it doesn't fully absorb and feels slightly like it's sitting on top of the skin. I know it contains 12% AHA-related ingredients, which seems to have been too high a concentration for me. When I applied this after showering at night, by the second or third day, I started experiencing intense itching that even disrupted my sleep, along with redness. Constant scratching led to skin discoloration. No amount of moisturizer helped, and I noticed white flakes on the itchy areas, suggesting the AHA concentration was too strong. At first, I thought it was an allergic reaction, but it seems more like over-exfoliation and irritation. Once it started, the symptoms lasted about a week. The container was smaller than expected, making it seem pricey for the amount. I can't recommend it due to how difficult it was to use. Next time, I'll opt for a similar domestic product. I'm giving it 3 points because mixing it to lower the concentration might make it usable.
TipFor Koreans, a 7% + vitamin product might be more suitable. Even with 12%, it's advisable to mix it with another emulsion to lower the concentration. Before use, it's crucial to patch test for at least 3 days. I applied it all over my body and experienced severe itching in sensitive areas like the inner calves, around the knees, elbows, collarbone area, pelvis, and below the navel.

Absorbs well with quick absorption. Non-sticky. Results visible the next day. Slight vinegar scent at first, but dissipates quickly.
ConsExperienced tingling on calves after first night's use. Red spots appeared the next morning. By evening, redness subsided and skin felt smoother, so continued use. On the third day, red spots spread, developing into itchy hives. Ended up getting a prescription from a dermatologist. Unsure if it's due to mineral oil sensitivity or other factors. Those with super sensitive skin should use cautiously and always patch test first. Too graphic to post photos.

Texture: It has a light and moisturizing formula that doesn't feel sticky. It absorbs into the skin quickly! 2. Effectiveness: My rough skin seems to have improved a bit...? I'm not sure if it's the product's effect or if it's because I've been consistently using body emulsion for this review.
Cons1. Scent: Wow... the smell is really overwhelming. It's kind of like wood glue? After taking a nice fragrant shower, applying this emulsion puts me in a bad mood. 2. Blemishes: I've only ever used Ce***il body emulsions and creams, and I've never had body blemishes before. But suddenly, after using this product, I developed itchy bumps around my pelvic area, so I've stopped using it.

It contains 12% lactic acid, which is said to promote skin cell turnover, smoothing out rough skin and dead skin cells. The emulsion has a thin, white texture that glides smoothly onto the skin. It seems to be fragrance-free, though there's a slight scent typical of unscented products when you rub it in - just the natural smell of the ingredients. It applies very smoothly, leaving a silky feeling on your palms. There's also a slick sensation on the skin's surface, but it's not bothersome and doesn't transfer to clothes. The residue on your hands washes off easily with water. When you wash your face in the evening after applying it in the morning, you can feel the emulsion's silkiness rinsing away. After application, you can feel it working to smooth and calm your skin. However, it doesn't feel particularly moisturizing, but it's not drying either... It seems to tame dead skin cells without providing a hydrating or moisturizing effect. Instead, it feels like it's using its ingredients to eliminate dead skin cells, reduce moisture loss, and help maintain your skin's current hydration levels. Those with dry skin might find it a bit lacking in moisture. I noticed a couple of blemishes pop up when I applied it on my back, so I stopped using it there. I mainly applied it to my arms and legs. The emulsion helps with dead skin cells for about a day, but by the next afternoon, you can start to feel and see dryness returning. It seems best to apply it consistently, at least once a day, for optimal results.
ConsA few (1-2) blemishes appeared when applied to the back Lacks a moisturizing feel Ironically, you need to wash your hands after application due to the slippery residue
TipIt might be beneficial to alternate between the Amlactin Daily Relief Emulsion in the morning and a more hydrating body cream at night.

The pump is convenient and dispenses just the right amount. As I've gotten older, my skin has become drier. I used to prefer scented body emulsions, but this one absorbs much better than those. When I first applied it to my dry hands, it felt slightly oily, but there was no slipperiness or stickiness. It absorbs quickly after a short while. I always apply it to my hands like hand cream before bed. The most impressive effect was on my heels! Without moisturizer, they would get dry, rough, and cracked with visible dead skin cells. After using this product for a few days, they've become much softer. It's definitely more effective than other products I've tried.
ConsHowever... the scent is a bit off. It's an unfamiliar, slightly musty smell. While it was fine on most areas, I experienced a slight tingling sensation when applied to my neck.

But this winter, my skin was dry and itchy. I started using this product, and after about a week, the itchiness disappeared. My skin texture improved, and after application, there's no tightness - just a plump, hydrated feeling. Usually, emulsions are thick and leave a heavy feeling, but this one isn't overly rich. It's like a lightweight yet substantial hydrating cream that's easy to apply. Best of all, there's no stickiness after it absorbs. I think it's also improving my body skin texture, so I plan to keep using it.
ConsWhile it works well on my body, when I tried a small amount on my face, my skin became irritated and bumpy. So while it's great for body use, it definitely requires a patch test for facial application. Also, although the scent isn't strong and could be considered almost unscented, if you keep smelling it, there's a slight wood glue-like scent. Another downside is that the emulsion doesn't absorb immediately upon application - it feels slippery and takes some time to sink in, which is a bit disappointing.
TipIt applies like a hydrating cream but doesn't absorb right away. It's best to apply a small amount and work it into the skin. Make sure to do a patch test before using it on your face.

Here's my take on it: Texture and application: The texture is smooth with a slight slip (not sticky). It glides on smoothly, leaving a slight slippery feeling afterwards. However, it absorbs well after a short while, so it's not an issue. Scent: It's close to unscented, but there's a slight artificial fragrance. It's not unpleasant though. Overall impression: Regarding its advertised effect on 'chicken skin' (keratosis pilaris), I think we need to use it a bit longer on that specific skin condition to really tell. As of now, I can't say if it's particularly good or bad for that, but it seems to function well as a basic emulsion. It definitely provides hydration and moisture.
ConsThe downside is: My boyfriend has 'chicken skin' (keratosis pilaris) plus dry, irritated skin with hives in winter. He applied it frequently, but it actually made his skin feel stinging and painful. It even seemed to worsen his condition slightly afterwards. Even though it's supposed to be good for keratosis pilaris, I wouldn't recommend it for those with severe cases or problematic skin.
