I received the product and used it, but then developed a skin rash (which is not due to this product). So now I'm writing this review...
At first, I thought it was just a regular toner because of its watery texture, but when I applied the serum or ampoule, it felt so dense and nourishing, so I realized it's actually a skin booster.
The usage experience is similar to the COSRX Skin Booster.
When I used this product, my skin definitely looked smoother and more radiant, so my skin appeared really healthy.

As someone with sensitive, blemish-prone skin that's prone to redness and resembles a sunfish, I can't use just anything. But I've been loving the CellFusion C Cooling Pads, so I applied to be a Hwahae Tester!

As expected... this cooling line is fantastic.
Zero irritation for blemishes, and the cooling effect helps with redness while providing surprisingly good hydration.

It absorbs well, so you can use it like a watery toner any time, morning or night.

I highly recommend this for those with super sensitive skin and blemishes. Give it a try without hesitation!

I've been using another brand's skin booster, so I decided to compare them. In the photo, the left is the other brand's skin booster serum, and the right is the Cell Fusion C skin booster serum. There's hardly any visible difference in the photo... but the Cell Fusion C had a slightly less viscous, more water-like texture. It felt like it provided a lighter hydration. Of course, once applied to the face, I didn't notice much difference. Both are great at combating deep dryness and offer much better hydration than a toner! The cooling effect was quite nice for this type of product. Of course, if you were expecting the same level of cooling as Cell Fusion C's cooling toner pads or mask packs, you might be disappointed, but for the first step in skincare, it wasn't bad at all. I'm not a fan of exfoliating toners or peeling pads, but since my face tends to get warm easily, this product was perfect for me. It might be even better if kept in the fridge... The price is reasonable for the amount you get, and I'm very satisfied!

I did experience a slight flare-up of folliculitis. While I don't think it was entirely due to this product, it did seem to exacerbate the condition when used on areas with existing mild folliculitis. This is probably true for most skincare products though!

When you shake the bottle, it seems to have some viscosity, but it's actually very watery like a liquid toner. The color is just clear. It absorbs faster than a typical water-based toner, and there's no stickiness or pilling, making it comfortable to use.

The product description claims an 'instant cooling effect, -5.4°C reduction,' but I was surprised to feel almost no cooling when applying it once after cleansing. You can feel a slight cooling effect if you layer it 2-3 times or use it with other skincare products. Still, it's not -5°C... it's a very mild cooling sensation. I saw a YouTuber mention it was developed for a mild cooling effect... so what's with the '-5.4°C' claim in the product details?

Scent:
There's an extremely subtle mint-like fragrance. It's so faint that even those sensitive to scents like me should be able to use it comfortably. Unless you have a super-sensitive nose, it's practically unscented.

Effects:
It claims to improve pores, elasticity, brightening, and wrinkles. I didn't use other products with overlapping effects except for brightening. I used it as the first step in my skincare routine as directed.

After 1 week:
I used it whenever I felt deep dryness, as some reviews mentioned it helps with that. It definitely seems to alleviate deep dryness when layered. I focused on my T-zone where I have pore concerns, and I feel like I'm getting fewer blackheads? It might be my imagination though. I haven't noticed other effects yet, but I'll keep using it. However, the cooling effect is really not as strong as I expected.

After 2 weeks:
Apart from providing hydration, I haven't noticed any dramatic skin improvements. I'm not sure about pores or elasticity... But two weeks is a short time for product testing. My complexion might have brightened slightly, but I can't say for sure if it's due to this product.
