  1. It's wonderfully hydrating 2. It doesn't pill on the skin 3. It doesn't irritate the eyes

  The only downside is that the area around the lid tends to get a bit messy

  Moisturizing with excellent absorption, and while there's no white cast, it brightens the complexion after application. It blends well with basic makeup products like foundation.

  In my 15 years of using sunscreens, I've never found one that doesn't cause blemishes, and this product is no exception. Although not severe, it still leads to some skin issues.

  Right after application, it spreads smoothly like an emulsion and feels wonderfully hydrating

  Cons

  About an hour after applying foundation on top, I looked in the mirror and saw it hadn't absorbed at all. It just pills and peels off. I think I'll have to limit using this to the back of my hands

  It's incredibly hydrating, so on those rushed mornings when I don't have time for my full routine, I can just quickly apply this without toner or emulsion and go straight to makeup. My skin doesn't flake or look dry at all. There's a slight white cast, but it's not severe and gives a natural brightening effect. It seems gentle as it doesn't irritate my eyes and leaves my skin feeling comfortable.

  Cons

  While it absorbs well, it does feel a bit sticky... I have combination dehydrated skin and even I found it oily, so those with oily skin might want to avoid this. The scent is really peculiar - it's like a mix of paint and marker smells with a strange sharp note that makes applying it unpleasant. I think there are better products at a similar price point, so I probably won't repurchase.

  It absorbs well and leaves the skin feeling hydrated! I bought it because I'm a fan of Avène products.

  Cons

  First off, it's on the pricier side... The tip always seems to dry out, like an old ballpoint pen. It's quite rich (not recommended for oily skin!). Every time I apply it, it pills and rolls off like dead skin cells.

  It's incredibly hydrating! Usually, no matter how much product I apply, my skin feels dry quickly. But lately, I've been using just this sunscreen without much makeup, and my skin feels so much more moisturized. It gives a slightly brighter complexion, making it perfect for a light makeup routine with just sunscreen, concealer, and powder.

  Cons

  I've heard many reviews mentioning a burning sensation, and I can relate. While it's fine on the tougher parts of my skin, I do feel a slight warmth for about 10 minutes after applying it around my mouth and on sensitive areas. It doesn't sting, though, and the feeling goes away quickly, so I'm still using it for now.

  Tip

  For those with dry skin (I have combination skin that's dehydrated underneath), using a routine of skincare basics + this sunscreen + concealer + a light dusting of powder works wonderfully.

  It's nicely moisturizing and doesn't irritate my eyes, which I love. On makeup-free days, it's not bad to apply an extra layer.

  Pros

  This is the sunscreen I applied after laser treatment and regenerative cream at the dermatologist's office. It's moisturizing and simple, which I love! The amount is just right, and I plan to repurchase. Highly recommended!

  Cons

  There's not really anything to complain about. If I had to pick one thing, it's that if you don't let it absorb well, it might cause pilling when applying cushion foundation or liquid foundation.
