  I've been using this for several years now, applying it only before bed. The brightening effect is truly excellent.

  Cons

  I bought this for its brightening effects since I don't have super sensitive skin. Not recommended for those with extremely sensitive skin.

  The brightening effect is absolutely amazing! If we're just looking at its whitening power, it's a perfect 10 out of 10!

  Cons

  For those with sensitive skin, daily use might not be advisable. Once you see the desired brightening results, it's best to stop.

  Tip

  Try using it as a skin pack! You'll see faster results that way.

  Pros

  When I received this as a gift, I was told it was a brightening product. However, I noticed it was quicker at smoothing out my skin texture than brightening. That's not to say it doesn't brighten - the effect just appears gradually. One day, I looked in the mirror and thought, 'Huh? Is my complexion a bit brighter?!' And yes, it definitely was! That's how it works.

  Cons

  The alcohol scent is so strong it feels like it's piercing your nose - it's truly painful! I really didn't want to use it because of this, but I persevered and finished the whole bottle. Due to the overwhelming alcohol fragrance, I probably won't repurchase.

  It's moisturizing and absorbs really well. I'm excited to try it since it's so famous in Japan for its brightening effects!

  Cons

  There's quite a strong alcohol scent, and it stings if it gets in your eyes.

  Seems to work well for oily or sensitive skin types. The brightening moisturizer effect is quite noticeable.

  Even for oily skin, it feels a bit too drying when used in winter.
