The hydration feels good, but not too heavy - just right! The amount you get is great too. I guess you have to try products like this to really know. Maybe I'll write more when I'm rich! Not sure why I need to write so much, but I apply it well after cleansing. It's pretty good! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAug 28, 2019
It's a rich, luxurious cream that provides ample hydration It doesn't absorb well. When there's not much left, it's hard to get out of the container. The price seems the same, but has the volume decreased in the new version? - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinMay 5, 2019
This product is absolutely fantastic! My top priorities are a subtle, non-artificial scent and a formula that's moisturizing without being overly greasy. This cream excels in both areas. Scent - It's perfectly balanced: not unpleasant, not overpowering, and not completely fragrance-free. It has a pleasant aroma that doesn't seem artificial. Texture - It's not runny at all. When you squeeze it onto your hand and turn it over, it stays put. However, it's not as thick as a heavy cream and applies smoothly. Moisture and Richness - It's slightly rich but incredibly hydrating. My little ones have mild eczema, and their skin can quickly develop nummular dermatitis when it's dry. We've tried everything - from doctor-recommended brands to ultra-gentle newborn products with that distinct baby smell, and even aloe gel with additional creams and balms. Nothing worked until we found this MLE line. The emulsion and cream prevent flare-ups completely! While existing patches still need medication to clear up, regular use of this product works wonders for prevention. The only downside is the price. Unfortunately, Atopalm rarely goes on sale, which can be a bit hard on the wallet for someone like me who uses it generously. On the bright side, since it rarely goes on sale, you don't feel as bad buying it at full price. I sometimes stock up on a few bottles when I'm at the duty-free shop. For extra dry winter skin, I have a pro tip: melt some shea butter in your hands and mix it with the MLE emulsion before applying. It lasts longer and feels even more nourishing. I've found this combination works better than mixing it with other oils. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinMar 18, 2019
It's been great for my child's dry skin lately~ As expected, Atopalm delivers! While it's a bit pricey for the amount you get, I'm using it for the sake of my child's skin - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAtopy SkinFeb 15, 2019
I started using this when my skin barrier was completely damaged, and I can definitely feel my skin becoming stronger and healthier. The hydration is excellent. It leaves a white residue on the skin, so you need to make sure it absorbs well. Other than that, I can't think of any real drawbacks. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinJan 2, 2019
I was pleasantly surprised by how moisturizing it was and loved that it had almost no scent. We switched to this after trying other products for my baby's dry skin, and I'm quite satisfied with it. It leaves a white cast when applied, so you need to massage it in thoroughly for proper absorption. The texture also felt a bit rich. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAtopy SkinDec 18, 2018
I tried this because I heard it helps soothe baby eczema. It's very moisturizing and gentle, so I'm still satisfied and using it. It forms a white layer, so you need to spend time applying it thoroughly. It doesn't have the light feel of a typical emulsion. I found that applying oil before the emulsion seems to enhance the hydration even more. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinNov 22, 2018
Great hydration. No blemishes on the skin. Very satisfied with the product's ingredients and effectiveness. The texture is between an emulsion and a cream, so if you don't have extremely dry skin, it should be sufficient for autumn and winter without needing additional moisturizing steps. The pump bottle becomes inconvenient when about 1/3 of the product is left, as the formula isn't thin. It's thick, making pumping difficult. And as many have pointed out, the absorption... You need to massage it in thoroughly for a while. It takes quite some time to apply this after bathing a child and undressing them in winter. This can be a bit challenging for infants and toddlers who need to maintain body temperature. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinNov 10, 2018
It doesn't cause any blemishes. When applied after cleansing, it keeps my skin hydrated without feeling dry. I have super sensitive skin, so I've tried various products before stumbling upon this baby line. I took a chance and now use it for both face and body. The texture is not thin, but rather closer to a cream consistency. It was fine until winter, but as the weather got colder, it felt a bit drying. I'm now using it with a hydrating toner or serum. While there are no major drawbacks, if I had to mention one, it's that it absorbs a bit slowly when applying. It's suitable for spring and fall use, but feels a bit heavy for summer. In winter, you'll need to pair it with a hydrating toner or serum to prevent dryness. I recommend buying it when it's on sale. I usually purchase mine from Lot* when they have big discounts. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAtopy SkinNov 8, 2018
My skin always got dry in winter, but my mom bought me this emulsion. When I tried it, it was incredibly moisturizing without that typical sticky feeling emulsions can have. I really love it! I can't think of any downsides to mention. I highly recommend the Atopalm emulsion!
