It's gentle and nice. The pump dispenser keeps it hygienic too! After application, it feels too oily. Use sparingly unless it's bedtime. Apply lightly before bed? - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinMay 31, 2019
My skin, which used to have flaky dead skin cells, has been soothed. I've been using this for about a year. The pump dispenser might seem a bit wasteful, but it's not too bad overall. It seems to leave a slightly rich feeling on the skin as time passes. Overall, I don't find any particular drawbacks. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAug 20, 2018
It has a slightly fresher scent than the MLE cream. If you dislike the MLE cream's fragrance, you might find this one more agreeable! Compared to the MLE cream, it's a bit richer, creating a protective layer on the skin. The upside is that it's hydrating, but the downside is that it might feel a bit heavy. I'm not sure if it's because of the high oil content or if my skin doesn't agree with the panthenol, but within 10 minutes of application, my face breaks out in red spots like mosquito bites. At first, I thought it might be due to the emulsion, but the next day, the same thing happened right after applying this product. So I stopped using it and switched to the MLE cream instead. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinJun 27, 2018
It's great that I can apply this gently to my atopic skin without any irritation! For adult use, it's a bit disappointing that the product is richer in oils than expected. You need to pat it in quite a bit until it absorbs well. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinFeb 4, 2018
As someone with super sensitive skin, I've been searching for the gentlest skincare possible. This product really calmed my skin down after applying! While it provides plenty of hydration, it's quite rich in oils, probably because it's an emulsion for babies. I don't think this would be suitable for blemish-prone skin. It's quite oily, and I noticed increased sebum production after using it. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinJun 16, 2017
Above all, I think the best advantage is that the ingredients are good. I used to use the mle lotion, but I switched to the panthenol lotion because I heard it's better for soothing and moisturizing. I definitely felt a deeper moisturizing effect rather than just a watery feeling, and the application was incredibly smooth. So it was great to apply it gently to my face and body after showering. The mle lotion I used before did seem a bit more hydrating and lightweight to apply. The panthenol lotion felt oily and heavy, which was a bit burdensome for me. Especially the lavender scent...I really disliked it. Hmm..it also seems like there are some small bumps coming up on my forehead, possibly due to the oiliness. I recommend using it in the winter. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAtopy SkinMay 11, 2017
I tried the Ato Farm mle cream, lotion, and soothing gel lotion, and this seems to be the most moisturizing one. It might work well for dry skin types. Since I have oily skin, maybe because it's getting warmer, it feels sticky. It doesn't absorb well and leaves a shiny look. 😢 After applying it, my pores looked enlarged in the morning... I bought it because the reviews were good, but I should have stuck with what I was using before. I'm not sure if it will be okay to use in the winter, but I've already opened it... I wasted my money;; - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinMar 16, 2017
It seems to be just fine to me. It's not bad and, well, it seems to have good moisturizing power? If I apply a bit too much, my face gets a bit shiny and greasy-looking. I guess it's because my skin is a bit oily.. After applying a bit of lotion, I'm using the Aroma100 oil, and it seems to be working out alright. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinFeb 25, 2017
It was just so-so to use in the middle of winter. The scent may be divisive. It was decent enough when mixed with a moisturizer. When I tried it in the summer, there was a slight oiliness, and when applied heavily, my skin felt very stuffy and sticky, so I ended up washing it off, and it even left some blemishes. Those who don't have dry skin should only use it in the winter.
