The hydration feels good, but not too heavy - just right! The amount you get is great too. I guess you have to try products like this to really know. Maybe I'll write more when I'm rich! Not sure why I need to write so much, but I apply it well after cleansing. It's pretty good! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinRecommendedSep 24, 2020
I apply this after my baby's bath. It's gentle and doesn't irritate the skin, which is great! Nothing particularly bad, but I think a tube packaging might be more hygienic than this. After applying soothing gel and helping the emulsion absorb well, my baby's heat rash completely disappeared! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedNov 16, 2019
It's not sticky at all. The texture is neither too runny nor too thick, making it perfect for kids to use with just one pump. The amount dispensed is just right. It doesn't cause any irritation. It absorbs quickly, so you often need to reapply the emulsion soon after. When applying, if you rub it in, it can leave a white cast. You need to massage it in several times for it to absorb properly. When applying to the face, mixing it with other creams helps it last a bit longer. After bathing, pump some into your hand and press it firmly onto the children's skin while gently massaging. This seems to help it spread and absorb better. - pa********Combination SkinAug 28, 2019
It's a rich, luxurious cream that provides ample hydration It doesn't absorb well. When there's not much left, it's hard to get out of the container. The price seems the same, but has the volume decreased in the new version? - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedAug 25, 2019
It's gentle and nice. The pump dispenser keeps it hygienic too! After application, it feels too oily. Use sparingly unless it's bedtime. Apply lightly before bed? - 72******Dry SkinSensitive SkinInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityRednessRecommendedAug 12, 2019
I always make sure to stock up on Atopalm emulsion and cream before they run out. My 10-year-old youngest son's skin is so good that people often don't believe he has atopic dermatitis when we mention it. The emulsion is moisturizing and has a slightly richer texture compared to regular kids' emulsions, but it absorbs well. It helps reduce itching and soothes skin irritations effectively. The price is the downside. Now they've even reduced the volume, which is heartbreaking. The pricing is just wicked. Oil and shea butter are essential in our routine. I start by applying oil as the first step, then follow up with shea butter on specific areas. - 20*******Dry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedJun 21, 2019
It feels like it creates a protective barrier on the skin. There's a sensation of replenishing the skin's hydration. When first applied, it leaves a white cast and doesn't absorb immediately. However, it does eventually sink in after some time. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedMay 31, 2019
My skin, which used to have flaky dead skin cells, has been soothed. I've been using this for about a year. The pump dispenser might seem a bit wasteful, but it's not too bad overall. It seems to leave a slightly rich feeling on the skin as time passes. Overall, I don't find any particular drawbacks. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedMay 6, 2019
This product is absolutely fantastic! My top priorities are a subtle, non-artificial scent and a formula that's moisturizing without being overly greasy. This cream excels in both areas. Scent - It's perfectly balanced: not unpleasant, not overpowering, and not completely fragrance-free. It has a pleasant aroma that doesn't seem artificial. Texture - It's not runny at all. When you squeeze it onto your hand and turn it over, it stays put. However, it's not as thick as a heavy cream and applies smoothly. Moisture and Richness - It's slightly rich but incredibly hydrating. My little ones have mild eczema, and their skin can quickly develop nummular dermatitis when it's dry. We've tried everything - from doctor-recommended brands to ultra-gentle newborn products with that distinct baby smell, and even aloe gel with additional creams and balms. Nothing worked until we found this MLE line. The emulsion and cream prevent flare-ups completely! While existing patches still need medication to clear up, regular use of this product works wonders for prevention. The only downside is the price. Unfortunately, Atopalm rarely goes on sale, which can be a bit hard on the wallet for someone like me who uses it generously. On the bright side, since it rarely goes on sale, you don't feel as bad buying it at full price. I sometimes stock up on a few bottles when I'm at the duty-free shop. For extra dry winter skin, I have a pro tip: melt some shea butter in your hands and mix it with the MLE emulsion before applying. It lasts longer and feels even more nourishing. I've found this combination works better than mixing it with other oils. - wl******Dry SkinWrinkles/ElasticityRecommendedApr 30, 2019
The ingredients were great, and it absorbs well. Although it's rich, it didn't cause any blemishes. The aroma is quite strong, so if you're not a fan of fragrances, you might not like it.
