We've been using the full SK-II line for over 10 years - Pitera Essence, Genoptics Aura Essence, Deep Surge, and occasionally a sheet mask. (Especially my husband; I, as the wife, use a variety of other products as well.) While our skin hasn't gotten worse, it's not like yellow skin suddenly turns white.

My husband and I have been using Deep Surge for over a decade. There's a reason we've stuck with it for so long. Except for the depths of winter, finishing with Deep Surge leaves our skin feeling fresh. My husband, who hates anything sticky, completes his routine with Pitera Essence, Facial Treatment Essence, Deep Surge, and (sunblock). As for me, the wife, it's hard to summarize my routine as the number and types of products I use vary depending on my skin's condition.

Both my husband and I have warm undertones with a yellowish complexion, but a skincare expert told us we're 'warm-bright'. It keeps my skin hydrated without feeling tight, regardless of the season. The moisturizing effect is great, and it leaves my skin feeling fresh after application.

The biggest drawback is definitely the price. If it were just a bit cheaper, I'd love to keep using it.

It gives a lovely glow! No blemishes, great hydration, and it makes my skin feel brighter. There's also a nice, bouncy texture to it.

The lightweight formula might not be enough for those with dry skin, potentially leaving you feeling parched if used alone. Also, the small size means you'll likely use it up within a month, which is disappointing.

You'll experience an incredibly beautiful complexion~ The glow is visible even in selfies! It's truly a stunning radiance~ Your skin becomes transparently bright. Use a spatula to scoop out just a small amount! If you use your fingers, it quickly turns watery upon contact with your skin. It also seems like it might spoil quickly if not handled properly.

It seems the product isn't selling well... While anti-aging creams are widely available, the Deep Surge Cream is hard to find even at SK-II counters, limiting purchase options. Also, if you stop using it, the glow and hydration effects disappear after about a week. It's quite addictive... To see noticeable results, you need to use it with the entire SK-II line, which can be a burden as you feel compelled to invest in the full range.

It truly gives your skin a beautiful glow~ Not all glows are created equal, and SK-II has its own unique radiance. It applies thinly, absorbs quickly, and even with just a light layer, your skin feels deeply hydrated while the surface looks fresh with a clean luminosity. The fragrance is absolutely delightful, creating a calming atmosphere from application to long after. It's undoubtedly the best among moisturizers!

I think this product could really work wonders for skin improvement if used as part of a nighttime routine rather than daily care.

I've been using it for 2 years. I normally like rich creams, but this one seems to keep my skin just as moisturized for a long time. In the summer, I store it in the fridge and just a small amount is enough. 
It spreads well and can also be used as a face mask. I haven't found a better moisturizer than this yet, so I think I'll continue using it.
