It keeps my skin hydrated without feeling tight, regardless of the season. The moisturizing effect is great, and it leaves my skin feeling fresh after application. I know it's marketed as a brightening line, but I'm not really sure if it's effective... - Hwahae UserDry SkinAug 7, 2022
It gives a lovely glow! No blemishes, great hydration, and it makes my skin feel brighter. There's also a nice, bouncy texture to it. The biggest drawback is definitely the price. If it were just a bit cheaper, I'd love to keep using it. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinDec 10, 2020
This product is absolutely top-notch. While SK-II's red cream line might be more famous, I honestly think this one's better. The hydration is superb - you only need to apply a tiny amount for a full moisture boost. Plus, it doesn't cause the blemishes that SK-II products are sometimes known for. I'd say this is truly SK-II's ultimate moisturizer. It's not greasy at all, a little goes a long way, and I highly recommend it for combination to oily skin types. It's quite pricey, I'll give you that. You'll probably use it up in a month or two after buying. But the product itself is really good! - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinSensitive SkinNov 20, 2020
It truly gives your skin a beautiful glow~ Not all glows are created equal, and SK-II has its own unique radiance. It applies thinly, absorbs quickly, and even with just a light layer, your skin feels deeply hydrated while the surface looks fresh with a clean luminosity. The fragrance is absolutely delightful, creating a calming atmosphere from application to long after. It's undoubtedly the best among moisturizers! It seems the product isn't selling well... While anti-aging creams are widely available, the Deep Surge Cream is hard to find even at SK-II counters, limiting purchase options. Also, if you stop using it, the glow and hydration effects disappear after about a week. It's quite addictive... To see noticeable results, you need to use it with the entire SK-II line, which can be a burden as you feel compelled to invest in the full range. Try using SK-II Clear Lotion, then Facial Treatment Essence, followed by Aura Essence, and finally Deep Surge Cream in this order. You'll experience an incredibly beautiful complexion~ The glow is visible even in selfies! It's truly a stunning radiance~ Your skin becomes transparently bright. Use a spatula to scoop out just a small amount! If you use your fingers, it quickly turns watery upon contact with your skin. It also seems like it might spoil quickly if not handled properly. - Hwahae UserOily SkinSensitive SkinNov 24, 2019
It feels incredibly moisturizing from the moment you apply it, and it absorbs quickly without feeling heavy on the skin So far, the only thing I find disappointing is the price - nothing else - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinJun 16, 2019
This product seems perfect for those with sensitive, dry, or combination skin. It doesn't cause any blemishes, keeps the skin hydrated, and gives an incredible glow after application. Although it's pricey, when you wake up in the morning or apply makeup, your skin looks amazing. I have super sensitive skin and can't use most products, even those from dermatologists, but I've been using this SK product without any issues. I wish the volume was a bit more generous. You can save about $20-30 if you buy it at duty-free shops, but it's still a bit disappointing due to the price point. It's light enough to wear during summer. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinMar 16, 2019
The texture is great, and when applied it feels moisturizing with a rich, nourishing sensation. The ingredients are a bit disappointing. If I had to point out a downside, it's the feeling that it runs out quickly... - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinJan 29, 2019
It absorbs well and keeps my skin hydrated! I have dry, sensitive skin, but I didn't experience any blemishes or allergic reactions. I think it's a cream that truly focuses on hydration. Even when I apply it after other essences or ampoules, it rarely pills and keeps my skin moisturized. I've used about 3 jars, and after trying other moisturizers, I keep coming back to this one! The downside is that it's a bit pricey. Since I have dry skin, those with oily skin might want to test it out first. When buying the Deep Surge Cream, they also recommend the essence, but it caused blemishes for me. When my skin is super sensitive, I only use toner and Deep Surge Cream, or I make a DIY mask by mixing water and cream in a 1:1 ratio on a cotton pad. When I'm not feeling my best, even sheet masks can sometimes cause itching. I've found that mixing a cream that works well for you with either water or an alcohol-free toner on a cotton pad really boosts hydration. Occasionally, when my skin feels dry, I apply the cream and then layer a slightly oily emulsion on top, and my skin stays moisturized until morning. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinDec 3, 2018
Hands down the best moisturizer I've ever used! It absorbs well, leaving skin feeling hydrated without any rich residue. If you have oily skin, this is way better than the K* moisturizer! The jaw-dropping price is the only downside! If they could lower it just a bit, this would easily become the ultimate moisturizer! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinNov 18, 2018
This is my favorite cream from the SK-II line. It has a soft, pudding-like texture that's so delightful. The subtle fragrance and moisturizing application are lovely. It absorbs well, and the hydration lasts quite nicely after applying. The biggest drawback with SK-II is definitely the price. Plus, the ingredients don't seem particularly impressive.
