  Pros

  It gently shapes curls without making them stiff, and provides a nice moisture boost. I've gone through more than 5 bottles already. It's great for maintaining perms too!

  Cons

  The cream keeps leaking through the cap when using it... It's inconvenient having to store it upside down. I wish they would improve the packaging design.

  Tip

  Apply generously to damp hair and then blow dry.

  Due to its thin consistency, this product isn't suitable for thick waves, natural waves, or C-curl perms that aim for a more effortless look.

It softens the hair and helps create a natural, effortless wave style. Recommended skin type: Great for sensitive and seborrheic skin types. As someone with sensitive skin prone to contact dermatitis, I often experience itching and blemishes where hair products touch my skin. However, Aveda's natural ingredients caused no such issues, which I really appreciated.

  If you're looking for bouncy, dramatic waves, this might not be for you. Also, it's a bit pricier compared to curling products you'd find in drugstores.
