Being Aveda, it has a natural scent. I like it, but it might be a matter of personal preference. I bought it without high expectations, just to use before drying my hair, and I'm satisfied. I use Aveda products thinking they might be less harmful, and this curl cream provides natural hold with a bit of nourishment, making it perfect for daily use without any burden. There's nothing particularly disappointing about it. I'm using it well and I'm happy with it. The design seems to have changed as the photo is different from the previous product, but it appears to be the same item. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedApr 6, 2023
When applied, it definitely revives the curl. It's a must-have after getting a hippie perm! It might be my imagination, but since I started using this essence, I feel like I've been getting blemishes more frequently on my face. - el********Oily SkinRecommendedAug 11, 2022
It seems to tame my curly hair quite well, reducing that frizzy look. While the performance is decent, the scent isn't quite to my liking... but that's just personal preference. I start by rubbing it between my palms, then gently massage it into my hair. Afterwards, I slightly dampen my hands and smooth down any flyaways. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinRecommendedOct 22, 2021
It's a hair styling product with an emulsion texture for your locks. It makes your hair look moisturized. I've heard that many working professionals, including my husband, use natural hair products from brands like Aveda and L'Occitane. Apparently, it doesn't weigh your hair down or make it feel limp when applied. Buying it at a department store puts a bit of pressure on the wallet. They mentioned trying L'Oreal next time, but the quantity is generous, so it'll last a while. It's 200ml for 39,000 won. - na********Combination SkinSensitive SkinMar 6, 2021
It maintains curls really well. It even enhances the hold of my Dyson Airwrap. When I simply wrap my hair without heat, applying this product keeps the curls alive long after I've let them down. I really want to keep using it, but the major downside is that it causes huge blemishes on the sides of my face, back, and back of my neck. If I sleep without washing it out after application, it's a disaster. I get blemishes every time I use it... I have to give up. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedFeb 16, 2021
It does a decent job of creating wavy, bouncy hair. Even when applied to damp hair and roughly dried, it prevents frizz and keeps the style intact. The price is on the higher side, and the case is a bit large to carry around. It would be nice if it came in various sizes. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedDec 24, 2020
I thought my perm was almost gone, but to my surprise... my curls were still bouncy and full of life! As someone who's been on a never-ending quest for the perfect curl cream, I can confidently say I've found my holy grail product. There's a slight stickiness left on your hands...? But who cares? You can just wash it off! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedDec 19, 2020

1. When used while blow-drying to maintain wavy curls, it helps keep the curls more bouncy and defined. 2. The texture isn't thick or sticky, but rather a pleasantly moisturizing essence type, which absorbs well into the hair. 1. Personally, I'm not a fan of the scent. It's not appealing to me. 2. The price is a bit high considering the amount you get. - Hwahae UserDry SkinRecommendedAug 21, 2020
It's great for curly hair. I highly recommend it. Due to the high price, I suggest purchasing it at duty-free shops.
