1. Fragrance: While everyone has their own personal preferences, I really like the fragrance of the line from Avène. To be honest, I'll be repurchasing this just because of the scent..haha 2. Even though I have extremely sensitive skin, I used it without any trouble. That was the biggest benefit for me.
Cons

I've been using this product for about a year since my skin started acting up. This was my first ever mildly acidic cleanser, and I finally understood why everyone was raving about pH 5.5 cleansers... My acne got significantly worse, but then I watched Ria Yu's video on YouTube where she recommended switching to a mildly acidic cleanser and just using water in the morning. So I tried the mildly acidic cleanser I had at home, and my skin really calmed down!!! Blemishes As I mentioned, my blemishes got much worse. Especially the closed comedones - it was almost like an extermination level! The cystic acne was something I couldn't really control. But the closed comedones have reduced a lot, so this cleanser seems effective for blemishes. Tightness I used to use foaming cleansers and acne soaps that would leave my skin feeling tight after washing, which I thought was normal. But with this cleanser, there's no dryness at all. However, I've also heard that vigorously drying the skin with a towel after cleansing is not good. Lately I just gently pat my skin dry and wipe with a toner, and my skin feels healthier.
Cons
Price? I think I bought this during a sale at Olive Young, but looking at the price now, it's a bit expensive... But if you're struggling with acne and think your cleanser might be the issue, I'd recommend trying this out! Residue When using this cleanser, it feels a bit slippery, even when rinsing with just water. And if I'm in a hurry and just quickly rinse and apply toner, it can get a bit foamy. At first this bothered me and I didn't use it, but I found that if I just gently pat it off, it goes away. If you really enjoy that squeaky clean feeling after washing, this one might not be for you.
Tip
I only use this in the evening. I do a water rinse in the morning and use this cleanser at night, and my cystic acne has improved, and my overall skin health seems much better.

Pros
I found it easy to use comfortably. I've already used up more than 5 bottles, and I've decided to switch to a mildly acidic cleansing product. This was the first cleansing foam I changed to, and despite its gentle application, the cleansing power was not bad for me. Most importantly, as someone with dry skin, I liked that there was no tightness, unlike other products.
Cons
Since I use it for secondary cleansing, the cleansing power is a bit weak for sole cleansing. And depending on the person, it may leave a slippery finish that feels like it didn't clean thoroughly enough.
