The product seems very mild and good. The makeup doesn't seem to be removed, and I use it as a second cleanse after removing with cleansing water. I'm satisfied with it.

Pros
I started using it after hearing that mild acid cleansers are good for the skin. I have closed comedones and occasional pimples, and my skin is dehydrated and lacking moisture - in other words, it's not in good condition. While it's not as moisturizing or visibly improving as other cleansers, it doesn't seem to be making my skin any worse.
Cons
The scent is quite polarizing... I'm on my second bottle now and it's fine, but I remember the initial scent being a bit pungent. I was surprised to find that it contains quite a few undesirable ingredients.
