After cleansing, I first wipe it on while my skin is still damp, then pat in the remaining solution from the back of the pad for a second layer.

You need to pump it gently onto the cotton pad or your palm to prevent it from spraying sideways.

I have sensitive, blemish-prone combination dehydrated skin with lots of dead skin cells. Using the clear sky cotton pads, I first wipe with toner and then let it absorb. It's so convenient to use daily on my neck and chest too. After cleansing, just pull out a cotton pad (these are truly life-changing!) and gently press the toner on. It's great for calming the skin and even helps with small pimples. It's also good for pore care. It worked well for me, and the 300ml size is generous!

The product has a pump dispenser, but when I first opened it, I almost mistook the cap for the pump. Luckily, I pressed down on it and realized it was a functioning pump. Texture: The texture is moist and slightly oily, but not sticky. It has a fluid-like consistency that easily glides on the skin. As my skin is quite dry, this product seems to absorb well and provide a nice, hydrated feel.

I soaked the cotton pad in the product and left it on my cheeks for about 5 minutes as a face mask. It absorbed quickly and worked well.

This product is not heavily moisturizing or nourishing, but rather light and quickly absorbing. I think it would be better suited for oily skin types rather than my dry skin, as I didn't see a significant effect. Also, I think this product would be more effective and better suited for use in the summer rather than the winter when you need stronger hydration.

The main reason I don't plan to repurchase this is the packaging.
Honestly, cleansing toners are all pretty much the same - they just help with light exfoliation, refining skin texture, and second-step cleansing.
As long as the formula isn't too harsh and doesn't leave the skin feeling tight or oily, a good value product is usually the best option.
This toner was good in terms of ingredients and not being too irritating, and it wasn't heavy either. However!!!
The packaging is really inconvenient.
You have to be really careful when pressing down, or else it will just spray out everywhere. If you don't control the pressure just right, it can even shoot through the cotton pad.
It's not a big deal in the evening, but in the morning when I'm rushing, having to delicately dispense this toner is a pain.

As you can see, it's a water-based product.
It has no viscosity at all and is not oily or sticky, so it was suitable for use as a cleansing toner.
The cotton pads that came with it are quite nice - one side is soft cotton, and the other side has a mesh-like texture, which is great for exfoliating. It's not too irritating, so you can just gently wipe it off and feel refreshed!!
But I noticed that it's also a whitening functional toner.
I didn't feel like my face was getting dramatically whiter, but after using it as a cleansing toner, I did feel (temporarily, not permanently) that my skin looked brighter and clearer.
I had actually been diagnosed with facial seborrheic dermatitis around the time I received this toner, and I had been using a steroid ointment that was making my face feel really hot and irritated. I used this toner to thoroughly cleanse my face, and that's when I noticed my skin looking briefly brighter and clearer - that's when I realized it was a whitening product.
As a dry-skinned person, I do find it a bit lacking in hydration, and since it's a functional product, I'm a bit hesitant to use it as a full-on skin treatment. So I've been using it as a second cleansing step after washing my face.

It was better to press the opening from both sides with two cotton pads, as that made it spray out much less.

The toner came in a pump bottle, but the spray force was a bit strong, and it would spray out in different directions, so it was inconvenient to use each time.
Also, the amount that came out with each pump was small, so I had to pump it quite a few times.

The ingredients are very gentle, so it primarily soothes my irritated skin caused by fine dust. 
Additionally, since I have oily skin, I was able to use just this toner and two creams for about 2 weeks without experiencing any tightness or dryness that would cause itchiness.
Thirdly, the toner has a large volume, so even though I use a lot each time (around 8 pumps), I haven't used up even 1/6 of it yet.
Lastly, on days when I went out without makeup and came back, I found that just wiping with the toner made my skin look clean, so I used it a lot. Among the toners I've tried, this one seems to remove impurities the best. As a result, my acne has decreased compared to before, and it goes away faster. Using this toner also exfoliates, so I didn't need to do a separate face scrub.

 1. I mainly used the 3-7 skin method, gently patting the toner to help it absorb.
2. The dual-sided cotton pads are effective at physically removing dead skin and whiteheads. I noticed some areas had a lot of visible pores, so I gently wiped those areas, and found it worked quite well, so I've continued using the pads in that way.
3. If you're looking to soothe redness or calm the skin, a face pack would be more effective than just the toner.

 * Drawbacks

1. Not Gentle Enough for Highly Sensitive Skin
While the ingredients are gentle, the actual usage experience was not as gentle as expected. When my skin was in an extremely irritated state, with stinging rather than acne, using this toner caused a warming sensation and irritation, even when just using it to wipe away dust and dirt, not as a full skincare step.

I tried using it for 3 days, then stopped for 2 days, and then used it for another 5 days, limiting it to just cleansing purposes. The irritation was reduced but not completely gone.

2. Lower Absorption
The toner doesn't seem to absorb very well into the skin. After applying it with a cotton pad, there is a lingering watery feeling on the skin, and it takes over 10 seconds of patting for it to fully absorb.

3. Mild Hydration
Perhaps due to the lower absorption and the fact that it's winter, the hydration provided by using 4 layers of this toner was not as intense as the face packs I've used before.

For reference, I've tried water toners like Mamonde Rose-Chamomile, Innisfree Blueberry Rebalancing, ISOI Ongdalsam, and Round Lab Dokdo Toner.

 Since I already have an essence and cream that I use, this toner would be suitable for those who need a simple, watery toner to use alongside their existing nourishing products.

3. Ingredients
As I have sensitive skin, I'm very particular about the ingredients. In this regard, I'm very satisfied with this product, as it is advertised as being safe for use even on infants.

I'm pleased with the inclusion of various hyaluronic acids, centella and madecassoside extracts, and niacinamide, which focus on hydration, blemish relief, and brightening.
The small, red blemishes that popped up were somewhat relieved after using the face pack. The large, round cotton pads provided are suitable for applying the toner in a 7-skin method.

4. Relief of Redness, Blemishes, and Oil Control
As I have combination skin, I experience oiliness as well as dry, flaky patches. While the toner didn't immediately provide intense hydration to the dry areas, it did help manage the reddish, bumpy blemishes that seemed to be caused by Demodex mites. After using the face pack, the redness also subsided a bit.

5. Large Bottle Size
At 300ml for 32,000 won, the cost-effectiveness of this toner is reasonable.

This product seems good to use as a skin pack by keeping it in the refrigerator.
I also have a bit of redness, so I think I'll use it a lot, especially in the summer.
After cleansing, I can put cotton soaked in the cold, clear toner from the refrigerator on my face like a pack, and use it usefully as a soothing pack, thanks to the kind ingredients^^. It seems to be good in terms of soothing.^

The moisturizing was a bit lacking^^. As I have an irritable and dry skin, I prefer products that are gentle but well-moisturizing.

First of all, the best thing is the ingredients!! It is made up of ingredients that are really trustworthy and safe to use^^.  While the usage experience, texture, and packaging were all satisfactory, there were two main drawbacks that I found a bit disappointing.

First, the packaging. It was a typical wide-mouthed pump-type container, which is common for cleansing water products. However, when pumping, the product would often squirt to the side, so I had to be quite careful and mindful when dispensing it, which was a bit inconvenient.
Also, since this is a great product for doing a toner pack, the pump-type packaging made it a little inconvenient to saturate the cotton pads. Though I did find a workaround - folding the cotton pad a couple times and pumping the product onto it a few times worked well to quickly soak the pad.

The second disappointment was the price. The usage experience and generous volume were so satisfying that I was planning to repurchase once I finished this bottle. However, when I looked into the price, it was 32,000 won... As someone who enjoys doing toner packs regularly, a toner in the 30,000 won range feels a bit steep for me. If it had been in the 20,000 won range, it would have been an absolute steal of a holy grail product.
So the price point is a major downside, as the great user experience makes the high price feel a bit unjustified, especially for a water-based toner that may get used up faster.

 Since the beginning of the new year, I was fortunate enough to have the opportunity to try this product through the Hwahae Trial Reviewer program.
The results after using it for about 2 weeks since receiving it were very satisfactory.
First of all, my skin is slightly sensitive and has combination dryness! Generally, silicone-based (like dimethicone) ingredients don't suit me well, and even a little mismatch in cosmetics can cause my face to feel itchy or develop pimples on my cheeks.
However, during the use of this product, there was no itchiness or adverse reaction on my skin. Rather, just by changing the toner, I felt my skin gradually becoming healthier.
I mainly double-cleansed and then used the cotton pads provided to do a 7-10 minute cotton pack.
Thanks to the glycerin ingredient, despite being a water-based toner, there was no dryness after cleansing, just a refreshing feeling.
I used the cotton pads provided for the cleansing. And these cotton pads are amazing!!! The quality is so good!! One side is soft cotton, and the other side has perforated holes. I first cleansed my face with the perforated side, then gently wiped with the soft cotton side to absorb any remaining residue.
These days, my skin has been getting dry and sensitive due to the heater, so I did a toner pack for about 7-10 minutes with the cotton pads to soothe the heat sensation.
** If you use this product, be sure to do the toner pack! I highly recommend it!!! It provides a lot of soothing and resolves the internal dryness! I also tried the toner pack with the Olive Young cotton pads, but the Hwahae cotton pads seemed to work better with this toner.^^ And during the toner pack (about 7-10 minutes), I sprayed the Avène mist once in between, so the cotton pads dried a little slower and the heat sensation was reduced faster.
Also, the packaging was satisfactory! The overall product concept and name matched the usage experience very well!

If you soak a cotton pad with the toner and apply it to your skin, it helps relieve fatigue.
