As you can see, it's a water-based product. It has no viscosity at all and is not oily or sticky, so it was suitable for use as a cleansing toner. The cotton pads that came with it are quite nice - one side is soft cotton, and the other side has a mesh-like texture, which is great for exfoliating. It's not too irritating, so you can just gently wipe it off and feel refreshed!! But I noticed that it's also a whitening functional toner. I didn't feel like my face was getting dramatically whiter, but after using it as a cleansing toner, I did feel (temporarily, not permanently) that my skin looked brighter and clearer. I had actually been diagnosed with facial seborrheic dermatitis around the time I received this toner, and I had been using a steroid ointment that was making my face feel really hot and irritated. I used this toner to thoroughly cleanse my face, and that's when I noticed my skin looking briefly brighter and clearer - that's when I realized it was a whitening product. As a dry-skinned person, I do find it a bit lacking in hydration, and since it's a functional product, I'm a bit hesitant to use it as a full-on skin treatment. So I've been using it as a second cleansing step after washing my face.
ConsThe main reason I don't plan to repurchase this is the packaging. Honestly, cleansing toners are all pretty much the same - they just help with light exfoliation, refining skin texture, and second-step cleansing. As long as the formula isn't too harsh and doesn't leave the skin feeling tight or oily, a good value product is usually the best option. This toner was good in terms of ingredients and not being too irritating, and it wasn't heavy either. However!!! The packaging is really inconvenient. You have to be really careful when pressing down, or else it will just spray out everywhere. If you don't control the pressure just right, it can even shoot through the cotton pad. It's not a big deal in the evening, but in the morning when I'm rushing, having to delicately dispense this toner is a pain.
TipIf you're careful to press down gently and move the cotton pad around, it doesn't spray out. But it's still really inconvenient...

I was just about to run out of toner, so I'm glad I was selected. I applied for this because I wanted to try the ingredients, so I'm even more excited! That's the end of my impression on being selected. This is the usage review. The delivery came a bit messy. The main product and the cotton pads' paper packaging were torn open to the point where the contents were visible. Especially the cotton pads were in a structure where they could be pulled out individually, but that part was damaged, so I couldn't use them. It seems to be a delivery issue, so I think using more cushioning materials during packaging or changing the delivery service would be helpful. I was disappointed with the delivery condition, but the main product is intact! I used it enthusiastically. First, I tried it with the cotton pads that came with it. These cotton pads are great. I usually just use cheap cotton pads, but these feel soft and absorbent. It feels like a set with the bottle! Since they're round and wide, there's less splashing of the toner compared to regular cotton pads. The toner itself also looked gentle, and it's exactly as it's named - "Clear Sky Toner." It's mild and very moisturizing. The product name seems well-chosen! I didn't notice it when just wiping, but when I dispensed it into my hand and patted it onto my face, the texture was like a light runny nose! My skin is the typical oily outside, dry inside type, so hydration is crucial. I tend to pay attention to toners and essences. I've been using the Mamonde Rose Water Toner, which is good for hydration, but the Clear Sky Toner, with its hyaluronic acid, seems to provide a bit more moisture. It also has a slightly more bouncy feel. Of course, this product leans more towards the dewy-fresh side rather than the bouncy side. I wish the packaging wasn't a pump bottle, so I could layer it more easily... I think the absorption speed is quite fast. It feels like a water-based toner with a few drops of essence mixed in. I'd classify it as more on the dewy-fresh side. Assuming you use it as a wiping toner without layering, I think it would be good for oily skin types as well, as the texture is not overly sticky despite the hyaluronic acid. It's more clarifying compared to the hydrating effect of the hyaluronic acid.
ConsI realized when I first tried it that the bottle is a pump type. Personally, I would prefer a regular bottle with a hole rather than this... It might be partly my lack of skill, but it splashes everywhere when I use it, which is so frustrating. I don't want to have to be so careful just to use a toner.

I don't think it has any scent / I'm glad because I don't like scented products. ● It cleanses my skin smoothly and effectively removes dead skin cells. ● From the first day, my skin tone seems to be getting brighter over time. ● There's no irritation or tightness. ● It's really mild and watery, with no stickiness at all.
ConsThis really lives up to the name 'Clear Toner'. It's clear and gentle, and doesn't cause any tightness. After exfoliating, my skin becomes soft, smooth, and lightweight. Since I have dry skin, I wish it was a bit more moisturizing, which would make it even more perfect. But this is just a minor nitpick - the product is still great. And the leaflet that came with it says the price is 32,000 won? That's quite expensive for a toner, so I'm not sure I'd buy it at that price.
TipAfter using it for daily exfoliation, my skin tone seems to be getting brighter.

It's really gentle and clean. After applying, it doesn't become oily or greasy later, and it feels refreshing. The ingredients are good and simple, so it's perfect for a 7-skin toner routine. If you're looking for a gentle toner to refine your skin texture without any special exfoliating function, this is the one!
Cons*Price On Naver Shopping, the 300ml version is 18,000 won. The Dodok toner is 500ml and costs 22,500-25,000 won, so if this one also came in a 500ml size at a more reasonable price, I would probably use it more often! *Packaging It's a pump-style dispenser where you press down on the cotton pad opening to get the product out. Personally, I'm not a big fan of this. Since it's a water toner, you have to be careful not to splash it, and a little bit tends to remain in the opening, which isn't very hygienic. And for a 7-skin toner routine, you need to dispense it into your hands in small amounts, but that's not really possible with this packaging. I end up having to flip it over and pump it into my hands, but then a lot of it comes out.
TipFor a 7-skin toner routine, it's better to transfer it into a spray bottle and mist it on.
