First, the mild acidic toner was great to use. The ingredients are also good, and it's perfect for cleansing. Although I have dry skin, I think it would also work well for oily skin with excess sebum.
ConsAfter using the toner, I developed some blemishes. I thought this product would work well for me since another brand's mild acidic toner suited my skin, but that wasn't the case... I tried using the cotton pads provided, but they felt quite irritating to my skin, more like an exfoliator than a gentle cleansing pad. The pump packaging was designed to be easy to use, but every time I pumped the toner, it splattered in all directions. You'll need to be careful when using it. Also, it feels more like it thoroughly cleanses the skin rather than providing a moisturizing effect. While it didn't work for my skin in the winter, I think it could be a good option for summer use.
TipIf you soak the cotton pad generously with the toner and gently wipe, it should be less irritating to the skin. And be careful not to let the toner splatter when you pump it.

I've used it for 2 weeks! -Packaging: The packaging is really inconvenient. It's a pump-style, but this toner is not viscous at all, it's just a water toner. Because of the pump, the toner sprays all over the place, so I just unscrew the top cap and pour it into my hands to use. -Spreadability: The spreadability is similar to a rose water toner. It's just a water toner, but there seems to be a bit of oil content, so after applying it, there's a slight oily feeling on the face. -Absorption: The absorption is good. Personally, I feel it absorbs better than the rose water toner. -Moisturizing Power: I first apply it to a cotton pad and do a cleansing wipe, then layer it 3-4 times. Even though it's a water toner, the moisture doesn't evaporate quickly. However, over time it does dry out, so I need to apply a lotion or cream on top. -Fragrance: For someone desensitized to scents, it would seem almost fragrance-free, but it has a subtle, refreshing scent. I find it to be a very faint, refreshing, and clear sky-like fragrance that I really enjoy. -Functionality: I'm not very knowledgeable about the ingredients, so I'm not sure if it has any whitening effects, but it seems like my skin looks brighter and more even-toned when I use this product.
Cons-Skin Irritation: As soon as I received it and applied it, while sitting on my bed using my phone, my face suddenly started feeling like it was being crawled on by ants wearing stilettos - it was painfully stinging and unbearably itchy. When I looked in the mirror, parts of my face were reddened. I even developed small pimples on my forehead and between my eyebrows, and the thinner areas around my eyes were extremely red and swollen, while the cheeks and sides of my nose were bright red, like someone with atopic dermatitis. The stinging and itchiness persisted and even spread to my neck. I really wanted to wash my face right away, but I held off to write this review. The next morning, I thought I wouldn't be able to use it again because my skin felt so irritated and itchy. However, the next day, the small pimples on my forehead had calmed down a lot compared to right after I applied it the night before, and the redness had subsided as if nothing had happened. So I tried applying it again, and this time there was no itchiness or irritation. It seems my skin just needed some initial adjustment to the product. *The photos include a frontal shot of the toner, a photo of the pump, and photos of my reddened forehead and cheeks right after applying it.
TipThis is a really versatile and suitable toner for cleansing!

They also sent me the round cotton pads, which I really appreciated!!<Moved Since it's a 300ml large-capacity product, I was able to use it generously! The transparent and clean texture made it feel very lightweight to use! I think this would be great for those with large pores, oily skin, or for use in the summer!
ConsFor acne-prone skin, it felt quite irritating and stimulating ㅠㅠ Also, if you pump it incorrectly or press too hard, it sprays all over the place, and the cotton pads don't get evenly distributed ㅠ Over the past few days, my skin has been turned upside down, and my acne has been rampant. It felt very irritating, and my skin didn't feel any softer, but rather rougher ㅠㅠㅠ I used this toner and my acne increased even more..ㅠ
TipWhen applying it directly to the cotton pads, gently press down and move the pad around to pick up the right amount, and then use it!

I have a combination skin type, where my T-zone gets a bit shiny in the afternoon and my U-zone feels a bit tight. I'm also sensitive and get occasional breakouts, so I don't like products that are too oily or heavy. I also have some dryness. The great thing about this toner is that it's really mild! I've actually found some popular exfoliating toners or those with AHA, BHA, or the Clinique toner to be too strong at times, especially during dry and cold seasons like now. But this toner is truly gentle. It didn't sting at all. Of course, those with even more sensitive skin or specific skin types may have different experiences. It can be used as a toner pack, and when I gently wipe it on a cotton pad, it effectively removes impurities from my skin. It has a watery, fluid-like texture, but it feels a bit viscous, probably due to the inclusion of moisturizing ingredients like glycerin. This gives it a slightly slippery feel, yet it still feels hydrating. In the end, this is a gentle and great toner that can be used as a regular toner, or even as an essence toner. I tried it as a Hwahae Trial Reviewer, but I definitely want to repurchase it! The volume is also generous. It has a similar feel to the Innisfree Jeju Volcanic Color Toner or the popular Dokdo Toner (transparent water-like toners with a slight viscosity), but I personally like this one the best... the only downside is the price compared to those products.
ConsThe slightly slippery feel of this toner might not be ideal for those with very oily skin. In my case, I did notice a few small bumps, almost like milia, popping up around my chin area, though I can't say for certain if it was due to this product. It wasn't an excessive breakout, just one or two small bumps. So for those with very oily skin, it might be worth considering. I also found the product packaging a bit inconvenient. Personally, I'm not a big fan of pump bottles in general, as I've often experienced product spraying out in all directions when pressing down too hard. This toner had a similar issue - you really have to be gentle when pressing the pump, or else it can get a bit messy. It's not a major deal-breaker, but something to keep in mind.
TipYes, you definitely have to be gentle and light-handed when using the pump on this toner. In addition to using it as a regular toner, I found it works really well as a toner pack too. Just soak a cotton pad with the toner and leave it on your skin for a bit. The cotton pads that are sold along with this toner (at least in my case, they came bundled, though I'm not sure if they always do) work great with it. They're thick and soft, and really help the toner absorb into the skin while gently wiping away impurities.
