Pros
Adding about 4 drops of aloe to my face has reduced the frequency of my recurring acne, and my skin has become smoother, which I really enjoy!

Rather than a shortcoming, I would recommend that those with sensitive skin should not apply the liquid directly to their face. Pros
Although I am not an expert, I can say that this product has been quite effective in addressing my problematic skin concerns. After switching up my entire skincare routine, this was one of the two standout choices that really made a difference. It has helped to visibly improve the appearance of my uneven texture, acne scars, enlarged pores, and oily/blemish-prone complexion. The pesky pimples around my ears and along my hairline have also been cleared up, and those stubborn bumps near my eyes have disappeared as well.
Cons
However, I do find that I need to leave it on for around 15 minutes or so, as the blackheads and excess oil don't seem to disappear instantly.
Tip
Especially during the winter, I like to follow up with this product by first using a toner, then allowing ample time (at least 15 minutes) for it to work, before applying a soothing gel, a ceramide cream, and sunscreen. I tend to do this routine a few times a week.

I've been using this product after finishing the previous one, and despite my sensitive skin, it hasn't caused any major irritation. Since using the mandelic acid, my breakouts have significantly decreased. I think I'll continue using this product going forward.

I have very sensitive skin and have been dealing with cystic acne and persistent blackheads, so I decided to try the gentle Mandelic Acid product. As soon as I started using it, my skin became so much smoother the very next day! It didn't cause any irritation, and using it 2-3 times a week has helped with the blackheads - the products I was using before seem to be absorbing better now, and my skin has really improved. All those stubborn blackheads I've been struggling with for years are finally gone... This low-irritation exfoliator is truly a great product.
Cons
I don't have any major issues with this product... The only thing is that since it's an exfoliating product, it's best not to use it with other harsh or drying products. I stopped using it with my brightening products, as I found they were too irritating when used together. The rosehip oil I tried also didn't seem to agree with it - it caused some breakouts.
Tip
I like to apply this by soaking a cotton pad with toner, then adding a few drops of the Mandelic Acid and gently wiping it over my face. Since my skin is so sensitive, I never apply it directly. After wiping it off, I follow up with a hydrating essence or serum, and then a gentle moisturizer like Physiogel. This is a life-changing product!! I suffered from milia for years, but after finding this product, I've been freed from the shackles of milia~~ Now, I only have some acne scars left, and I'm so happy that no new milia are forming! It's gentler than other acid products and doesn't irritate my sensitive skin at all ^^

If you apply too much, your skin will become completely dry and cracked the next day after washing, so you need to be very careful with the amount you use!
