After reading the reviews, I bought it, but when I first tried the chemical exfoliator, I was scared by the instructions to dilute it, so I used too little, and in the first week, there was almost no effect. I wondered why nothing was happening, so I increased the amount from my usual, and the texture became smooth, and some very minor unevenness was slightly improved. There was some talk about the formula being unusual - it feels like an oil, yet light. It really flows a lot on the hands!! If I use it consistently, the effects are great!! My bumps have definitely decreased, and my skin used to be full of blemishes, but it's much better now. But if I stop using the product for a few days, the bumps come back... It seems my skin is very vulnerable to dead skin buildup...haha
Cons
After washing, it's really hard and painful to open things with my slippery hands haha. And it's hard to find them offline too :( I couldn't find mandelic acid at Sephora or Olive Young stores.

Pros
Adding about 4 drops of aloe to my face has reduced the frequency of my recurring acne, and my skin has become smoother, which I really enjoy!
Cons
Rather than a shortcoming, I would recommend that those with sensitive skin should not apply the liquid directly to their face. I'm the type that gets hives and pimples right away from incompatible ingredients, so I agonized over it before making the purchase, but I can manage my exfoliation fairly gently. Of course, if I apply it even a little too much, pimples will still come up, but since I mix it into my skin toner and use it as a cleansing balm, my skin becomes smooth.
Cons
If there's one downside, it's that when I use it for the first time or after a long time, my face can get a bit dirty with some peeled-off dead skin the next day. I purchased this product based on the Hwahae Trial Reviewer's recommendation and have used up an entire bottle. Despite having a skin type that does not agree with fermentation and tends to clog pores, leading to breakouts, this product worked really well for me. When using the serum concentrate directly, it can feel a bit oily, but when I mix a few drops with my evening moisturizer, I wake up to a beautifully smooth complexion!

Pros
I have very sensitive skin and have been dealing with cystic acne and persistent blackheads, so I decided to try the gentle Mandelic Acid product. As soon as I started using it, my skin became so much smoother the very next day! It didn't cause any irritation, and using it 2-3 times a week has helped with the blackheads - the products I was using before seem to be absorbing better now, and my skin has really improved. All those stubborn blackheads I've been struggling with for years are finally gone... This low-irritation exfoliator is truly a great product.
Cons
I don't have any major issues with this product... The only thing is that since it's an exfoliating product, it's best not to use it with other harsh or drying products. I stopped using it with my brightening products, as I found they were too irritating when used together. The rosehip oil I tried also didn't seem to agree with it - it caused some breakouts.
Tip
I like to apply this by soaking a cotton pad with toner, then adding a few drops of the Mandelic Acid and gently wiping it over my face. Since my skin is so sensitive, I never apply it directly. After wiping it off, I follow up with a hydrating essence or serum, and then a gentle moisturizer like Physiogel. Using it 1-2 times a week for a couple months has been a game-changer for clearing up my stubborn blackheads and breakouts. If you have acne-prone, dehydrated skin that's transitioning from oily to dry, I'd definitely recommend giving this a try!

I first used an HA-based product, but when I used it without diluting it and just soaked it in cotton, my skin completely flipped out, I broke out in hives, and I had to get dermatological treatment for a week..
