Quick summary: Don't hesitate to buy it first and read reviews later. Just go ahead and purchase it! Advantages: - Gentle exfoliation possible even for sensitive skin - Effective for acne caused by clogged pores or uneven texture - Works wonders on nose acne - Improves overall skin texture Drawbacks: Haven't found any yet My usage method: 1. Use a mild, lightweight toner (avoid those with exfoliating or whitening properties) on a cotton pad. Add 3-5 drops of mandelic acid on top. 2. Gently swipe the cotton pad with mandelic acid over your face. You can pat it in if you like, but it's not necessary. 3. Wait 20-30 minutes, then continue with your regular skincare routine. I follow up with Isol Propolis Ampoule (which is also great!) and then use two different creams. Photo description: You can see results as soon as the next day! That was my experience. Before: January 2nd / After: January 21st (I just took the 'after' photo for this review. It was actually better before, but some blemishes appeared after not using it for a few days) These photos are completely unedited. Both were taken with the default camera app. When skin is in poor condition, it definitely looks more yellow and dark... (Everyone agrees, right?)
ConsThere are no drawbacks yet, honestly none. It even reduces bumpy texture when applied to the body. No cons at all, it's that good!
TipInstead of applying the liquid directly, I used a cotton pad to swipe it on. Since I have sensitive skin, I'm letting my skin adapt to the mandelic acid before trying direct application. Even just using it with a cotton pad has given me great results!

After cleansing, apply a thin layer, then put a few drops on a cotton pad and gently wipe along your skin texture where dead skin cells have built up. It removes all the flaky skin, leaving your face incredibly smooth.
ConsKeep in mind this is more for skincare than for use under makeup. It's an exfoliating ampoule, so it might cause your makeup to pill if you apply it beforehand.
TipPlease take note of the positive aspects I mentioned.

Great value for money. The dropper makes it easy to use cleanly.
ConsThe wide opening makes it prone to spilling... It stings at first, but gets better later. It's quite rich. Seems to work better when used occasionally. It's decent and good, but not a must-have product.

I recently switched from peeling gels/pads to this serum as I felt they were becoming too harsh. I've been using it about twice a week, and I can feel my skin texture improving without any irritation. What I like: It feels like it's gently removing dead skin cells without causing irritation. It's not harsh on the skin, so I'm considering repurchasing.
ConsWhat could be better: I've become quite interested in The Ordinary brand recently, but I'm disappointed that there aren't many opportunities to test their products. I wish they were available from a wider variety of retailers.
TipWhile it is gentle, it's still a product designed to remove dead skin cells, so it's best to use a hydrating ampoule (like a hyaluronic acid ampoule) after cleansing, followed by the mandelic acid ampoule.
